When teams lose coaches get fired and players get cut or traded. We know the main reason was injuries, but a HC should feel that the system and coaching should prevent them from happening and over come them when they do. 5 wins against 12 losses for a defending Super Bowl champion is historically bad. It necessitates massive changes. First, is the coaching staff and then the roster. There will be some very big changes ahead.
