I agree, too many holes and too few assets and a front office that does not instill confidence. With the toughness of the division and what looks like a pretty tough schedule, anything above just making the playoffs seems unlikely.

I see all these Niner posts but he Chiefs are the team I an envious of. They got their core and have drafted well, picked up key guys to fill holes and have had a long window of competing for championships. They were even not afraid of trading a key guy that was going to be a distraction and large cap hit. They used that money to get 3-4 contributors.

I am not tuned in to what FAs the Eagles have pending but having a cheap high level QB bodes very well for them.
