This SO reminds me of Larry Marmie..

We were all WTF cuz he seemed to be less than a stellar defensive coordinator, but we all thought "Martz knows something we don't and he MUST be a good hire cuz Martz is so enthusiastic about it"..

Larry Marmie WAS what we thought he was.. terrible...
