McVay will go looking for the 2 coaches that really push the X's and O's to a whole new level.
IMHO....Zak Robinson might have what it takes, but already being on the staff might keep him from the OC job....We will see.
Hopefully, McVay can go "poach" another teams DC to run an AGGRESSIVE DEFENSE....Maybe a guy on the Ravens, 49's or Tennessee.
