Point I was trying to make is Daboll was thinking outside the box when he went through his hiring assistants process. And by so doing he got very good results.
Perhaps McVay can learn a bit from Daboll’s methods and find a gem or two this offseason. Good fits that are good teachers (like in 2017-2021) It’s not like he can just order a few from Amazon. Lol.
