Henderson will bring his enthusiasm, his experience of actually playing the game at the pro level, the chance to learn from others like Staley and Morris and now apply his ideas and expansion of those he worked under.....

I still think that Sean is keeping the keys to the O, that's why he won't go with a experienced guy. I don't want Matt's brother, don't see any change to how things work now.....just kinda like eye candy.....Brown IMO should be the guy, IMO he's has shown he has earned the chance to make that next step under Sean.....not somewhere else.

I agree with you on the Henderson front, it might be time to elevate him and rid with him, but as to Brown as the OC, the TE's seem to struggle with Brown's new role and I understand that McVay needed him to take over RB's again, but the TE's did not start making an impact to later plus Brown was overseeing the passing game too. Again I like Brown, but I really believe for the Rams to change, they need an OC to take over play calling and I don't believe Brown is ready as this point and time.

I'd be praying Morris gets a HC anywhere......

I see that, but does Sean REALLY see it that way?
