The Rams certainly have some things to work out as you have indicated. But I don't think I'm worried about McVay being able to inspire the team.

Despite their woes I watched every game this year, and even after they were eliminated and despite the overall poor performance of the team I saw a group of guys that still played hard. Apparently the Seahawks saw that, too, considering this quote from Geno Smith: "The Rams played their ass off." [www.q13fox.com]
