I hope I'm misunderstanding but it sounded like she mentioned that taking a break next season might've always been the plan. And that maybe Mcvay could come back after a short rebuild and coach again. Please tell me I misunderstood that. Because I would hate the idea that Mcvay is planning to retire during a rebuild and come back when someone else has put pieces in place.

Edit: I'm listening again. Here's the quote

Now my recording is skipping or malfunctioning right as she gets to "as the window is closing". So now I can't hear if she's saying something about a rebuild.
