I hope I'm misunderstanding but it sounded like she mentioned that taking a break next season might've always been the plan. And that maybe Mcvay could come back after a short rebuild and coach again. Please tell me I misunderstood that. Because I would hate the idea that Mcvay is planning to retire during a rebuild and come back when someone else has put pieces in place.
I didn't hear it that way....and doubt McVay would even agree to such an idea
I think it sounds like that he needs to take a break from maybe having to
control everything that goes on at Rams park. He needs to allow the people that are there to help him, to actually help him
