I agree here, I do think he needs to delegate more and have more confidence in his Staff, which, currently, he must not have, but does not want to fire them, so his Assistant HC needs to be strong too.
The Chargers are not losing to the Jaguars IMO, and everybody wants to fire Staley, but IMO, the Chargers are dangerous and my hope is somehow McVay ends up with Vic Fangio as his DC.
