43.....That's why I still think McVay has not said he's leaving.

He KNOWS he does not want a life without football.

His wife even said in an article, "Your'e a Coach!" So, Veronika knows he really loves what he's doing and he will be lost without it.

Rams have people in facility to help....McVay runs the show....Stand back and let him do his thing.

Rams seem to be doing whatever they can to keep McVay the HC.....IMHO, McVay's issue is he "thinks" he needs to "do it all" and that's where the problem is.

The "help" McVay needs is to realize it's time to loosen the reins a little bit and let others do things, and you need to TRUST them that it will be getting done.

Thus, get rid of the current staff and McVay has the say who we go get as an OC and DC, and entire staff. (If Chargers lose, I bet Brandon Staley is fired AND McVay hires him back as DC....)
