I agree with OL n the first round. But they can wait til 2019 for a CB in the first round. Edge rusher is real need; wow, I like Ebukam, but they a legit passrusher who is near pro bowl level.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
This makes me happy. I like seeing him fail.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
LOL, I hope so they sign him too!by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
If there was a very good pass rusher available in free agency, then I think 100% they would.....but I kinda hope so, too. THink WHit won't make it through the year.....the last 4-5 games he was definitely off his game.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
His change of direction isn't good; he isn't good in space, and no speed; he wouldn't work at FS....ask blue and gold though---but I feel confident he is only a man coverage guy who holds a lot!by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
1984-85: Green, Irvin, Cromwell and Johnnie Johnson were excellent......this is as good....and in 2017 we got the Johnson part right, too. Like that 1985 Rams secondary---....this is right next to it....and they were a top 5 D that year, I think....and our D has Aaaron Donald and Brockers. Yes, what a time to be a Ram fan. Best ever PROJECTED secondary in ram history, (?), post 1978-79?.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
At 32, of course he isn't a shut down corner; he is a good cover corner, and we got him for a 5th....and this allows us to draft an edge, or get a guard/OT to remake the line in 2019 (though, really 2018 we will have injuries a the O line).by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Rentals with no signing bonuses are great; ANd Talib is a hard worker. He like a M Bennett type of guy, which could be bad, but I think the Rams needs more vets who know what they are doing (like Barwin) but are still good. Also, this makes the pass rush better.....kinda like the 1985 Rams. The corners were so good that the pass rush 'worked' even though they only had Jeter. The Rams can re-sby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I thought they would try, but not get him. Hmmm, 32...but if he still has his legs.....and we are ok with behavioral problems we have 2 pro bowl quality CBs...last time we had two great COVER corners was 1985---(I don't count Jerry Gray as a cover corner, sorry about that ). 32 years ago, maybe even 33. THis could be like a OJ Simpson trade to the 9ers though, but then again this is for a 5tby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I thought the same thing....special teams, 3rd down specialist a la monte coleman!by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
TJ is smart, and has great 9 route technique....besides that he woudn't be my 4th corner. Sammy is the man....but, is he worth more than 11 mill a year? Maybe.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Thanks a lot of the break down....good. Sammy still is only at 75 catches at best with the rams, but 12 TDs and 12yds is very good+by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
brings a smile to my face.....oh richey the "enlightened" one....masonicly so.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Hate the guy, but for the DE position, only Youngblood looked more intelligent to me...ya, ya, I know, he is stupid because he played for the seahawks, lol!by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I would say so.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Play with his heart out every play until 2009by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
They didin't play with Walter Jones, Or Boselli or the ravens LT....except maybe at the Pro bowl...manipulation.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I agree.....and thought HOF was too early for him.....Bruce and Holt before him....two hard workers and great players.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
That would be a BUMMMMMMMER!by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
NO way it is a major fail.....they were a top 10 offense because of him. Getting a late 3rd in return is not enough....but it was worth it. Offense would have been totally diff without him..TOTALLYby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Rampage, Thanks for your update and phone call. Never easy, but it is a privilege to have your friendship with Grits for his wife, I am sure. Thanks for being you! Steve Great Ram in teh Sky: isn't that an native Indian reference, certainly not Jesus...I must be wrong, right? My wife worked with Indians in OK.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Wow, thanks for reporting that..... Well, we can be sad, but really, if he knows God he can be in paradise--which is exponentially better than here. However, let's pray for his family if needed!by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I would love TJ with the 49ers.....watching that 4.6 speed breathing in the dust of the sweet shoes of thte Ram WRs.....he will be laughed at all game....McVay will expose what many of us know about him....he is great at Man-off--on 9 routes only....and that is it.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
With $2-4 million invested at 3-5% conservatively you can live for a few hundred years. So, I don't side with players because of this...however, I do the owners are thieves.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I don't like PFF that much, but agree with all of it in general....Tru is an avg corner.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Exactly. Thanks for writin' it.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I agree, Same deal: that is ridiculous...no way that lasts in the NFL 30 years ago lol: I warmed up at 185, 6 reps; them went to 225 at 5--- at 5'10" 165.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I wondered if the Rams would put Brockers back at nose and sign a great, but cheap guy like Mo or Richardson....95% no, I guess....but people here would know, that is for sure!by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Me too...but no one listens to me on this. except you, my love!by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
