was the drone the guy in Bora Bora had.. I asked him what type he had whenever I saw his footage, which was stunning.. I think they run about $800-$1000 or so, with the camera, but as we know, that ain't jack for good quality video..
I'm with ya - one of my oldest bucket list items is to get my pilot's license - or certificate, I think they actually call it - here anyway.. But, and I know I've mentioned this before, I don't know what I'd do with it after I got it.. Nobody here rents planes and I can't afford one - not a good one, anyway.. So, may never happen, but I would LOVE to do the sunrise/sunset flights you mention.. and I'd love to be able to fly to Dallas, or anywhere I wanted or needed to go..
I'll probably fly my cheapo drone this weekend some more.. Like I said, not much stability, so tough to control, but that could only help me to be a better drone "pilot" if I ever get a good one.. Yeah, the cameras don't have zooms, but if they shoot at 4K you could simulate a zoom and render out at 1080p HD, so keep that in mind..
But, yeah, I hate it when people use them when I'm trying to relax.. the first time I heard the guy in Bora flying his, I would have chunked a rock at it if I could have.. I'll try to find his footage and tag you in it on facebook..
Friendship is like peeing your pants.. Everybody can see it, but only you can feel the warmth..
