That wasn't my point but ok. My point was maybe the Rams have offered Donald more than any other player and he just hasn't accepted it. Everyone wants to blame the Rams (rightfully so on some guys) and like i said earlier, the Rams have a hard time signing stars, but it could be the player being as though this has played out for so long.
