Using "The Move" as an excuse for a 4-12 season seems to fall somewhere near the "dog ate my homework" category.
C'mon...
These guys were all adults, players and coaches alike.
Professionals.
The FO supervised the actual logistical details, anyway. Movers actually did the moving of furniture, etc.
Hundreds of thousands of college grads and various company employees have to make job related moves every year, and under far more difficult circumstances than pampered athletes and coaches that have practically everything imaginable done for them. Like counseling about the LA traffic, for cryin' out loud. Do you think their employers give them a year of failure as a grace period/excuse before expecting them to be productive? I don't THINK so. Geez...
I prefer telling it as I think it is. The coaching on O was inadequate for years and it finally caught up with them when the players quit on their coaches.
Any fair minded observer should be able to clearly distinguish between the culture of the Fisher Rams and the McVay Rams by simply reading a few beat writer articles or watching some player interviews. It's not complicated if one is an objective observer.
Now, whether this new "culture" will translate into more wins in '17 is a different conversation, I suppose. I'm betting that it will. Big Time.
But blaming the 4-12 on a move? Uh, uh. That's for losers. I'd sooner blame it on the weather, the time zone, the travel, the schedule, or.....
Rant over. Lol.

Nice post 43 and I couldn't agree more.
