I laid out a case that qualifies as more than mere "speculation" and it certainly has nothing to do with the fact that the Rams signed him. I didn't endorsed many of the failed acquisitions that occurred under Fisher nor did I endorse the hiring of Fisher in the first place. Same team, but I didn't reflexively base my opinion on what they were doing because of that. In fact, I was in the minority criticizing it.
You want "proven?" You should have been happy with all sorts of lousy free agent signings and acquisitions this organization has made over the last decade. Did that former Pro Bowl MVP Nick Foles grab you? Jake Long? Courtland Finnegan? Scott Wells? I'm guessing Kenny Britt and Jared Cook were favorites. Sorry to lose those guys.
Yeah, it's just those Rams goggles for me.
Its irrelevant what the Rams or Fisher have done in the past. Time to move on. My reply on this topic is ONLY based on Robert Woods being a star with the Rams, as the author of the title wrote above. I am staying on track.
Do you think Robert Woods has proven to be a #1 WR based on his 4 year NFL career?
Do you believe Robert Woods will be a star or a #1 WR with the Los Angeles Rams?
All I am saying is that Woods has not proven to be either a star or #1 WR ever. Maybe in your opinion he has. And I personally don't feel he ever will, just my opinion, maybe you feel differently. Time will tell.
