I think it unlikely anything undiscovered will be found bigger than a mouse. They may discover a different kind of mouse, but it will still be a mouse. Now the ocean... THAT is intriguing. Could be anything in there. If Bigfoot was confirmed then to me that would be as astounding as a UFO landing with a flag of peace, or war for that matter. But you're right, I'd LOVE to see it.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Bad mistake for someone who apparently planned somewhat well. he could have flown anywhere... even a bit east and he would have been over wide open spaces.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
are a little full of themselves in believing they can pull DB's out of a hat and that this is having an effect on recent DB decisions? No, I don't really think that's true, but I don't discount it. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
good topic. I don't care much about DB... I mean, as far as getting away with it or not, I WOULD like to know who he was. Most 'mysteries' of the 'out there' nature I'd like to believe true, starting with UFO's. I don't believe in UFO's... but that would be simply fantastic, and prove me wrong. Atlantis being found. I don't think there ever was a 'true', according to Hoyle, "Aby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
This is the same organization that gave us the 'what constitutes a catch' rule. :laughing To somewhat quote Woody Allen - if the NFL called a press conference tomorrow announcing that all coaches and players would henceforth wear their underwear on the outside of their clothes - not sure I'd be all that surprised.by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
You've all seen it... "FBI suspends DB Cooper Investigation". What is shocking about that headline, to me, is to learn that the DB Cooper investigation was still active until this week! DB was a good story. Now devolved into cheapo conspiracy theory specials. who takes lessons from my sister. My sister has done well... not financially but in Ca., even Hollywood, her reputation is good. Switching topics... but related: You ever see "Dance Moms"? I have not. But for my wife, my sister, all the kids in my sisters dance school, and most Mom's I know... it's a huge HIT. that's a hell of a lot to ask, IMO. It's not like China wouldn't accept any team but the Rams... which seems to mean, for me anyway, the owners aren't liking this at all. The NFL needed a hostage to apply enough pressure... enter the Inglewood Stadium.by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
Today's Aggie Cheerleaders. The reason I'm posting this is: That's my sister on the far left, with the red hair. She's been a dance teacher for her entire life. This year the Aggie Cheerleaders hired her to teach the cheerleaders some dance routines. Yes indeed, Blue and Gold runs deep in my family.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
When the Ram's played the Patriots in London, however, my son went to the game since he lives in England... and I liked that, so I'm a hypocrite. 8 home games a year and you lose one of them... the NFL is just not set up for this. Baseball? Basketball? Hell yeah, play a dozen overseas, who cares? If the NFL simply must reach out send them the Seahawks and the Texans, non-USA teams.by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
Might have posted this before but what the hell? Ah the glory days. These are my Aggies. I'm on the far right... beard and bellbottoms. My asst. coaches George, far left, and Tracy next to me. In the mid 70's me and 5 other guys put together my home town's first youth football team, (franchise :spintounge ). The Tranquillity Aggies were born. that's normal for me, and has occurred every season since I've been a fan..... well over 50 years. So it's no prediction of 'outcome' :goodluck but there are degrees to my optimism. During this lull I've been watching a few of last year's games as well as reviewing youtube hi-lights of our rook's. I have seen some great things... and that is NOT always the case, even with rose colored glassby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
I got a notice today that leaving your $100 deposit gets you "Single Season Tickets Purchase" priority.. based on availability. This 'priority' extends, apparently, indefinitely which means for the new Stadium when completed. I'm leaving my deposit. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
but you bet, I can see how you were confused. My granddaughter, 6 grandson's and 1 granddaughter, is a very good athlete. Very strong. Stronger than most the boys in her class if not all of them. She hates sports. She did, however, play basketball this year... and did very well. But that was it... her one foray into 'sport'. She is a 'girly' girl. She takes dancing.. it's her passiby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
It would be just like him to do something like that. Explain this to me, Billy_T.... back when I was a kid, or well, perhaps in my early teens, I was having breakfast. Cereal. things have changed, having lost years' of posts. I figure it this way... we're in AG, transitioning from BG. Before Goff, After Goff. Perhaps all the rules have changed... like the magnetic poles shifting. What WAs bad luck is now good. I can be so optimistically sweet. :partytimeby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
For me personally it would be worth it for the history. The Olympics were held there, many memorable USC games, Dodger games when they first moved to LA, etc. etc. And I'm NOT a USC or a Dodger fan. But that's me. Without that.... and if trips out west will be few, I'd probably wait. If it will be your ONLY trip.... then I think wait for the new stadium. There are no sidelines, endlines are at runners discretion. Last night I saw two runners brilliantly use the water wagon to conceal their intended route and ward off defenders. Full game was played with nary a single off side penalty. 3, 4, 10, 23, 74 reverses in course can easily occur, and usually do, on every play. When a runner goes down, and the officials blow the play dead, the flby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I think it's currently something like 70 - 1 odds of the Ram's winning the SB. I have a brother-in-law going to Vegas day after tomorrow... and I'm thinking about making a wager... BUT.... And I haven't mentioned this in years... I do not like betting on the Rams. For and certainly NOT against. Being in LA does not put me in a jolly mood. :imsorry Can't handle the congestion. But I'm a hick farm boy and I have never lived in a large city, (for any length of time), so I'm simply not cut out for dealing with that. I'm always rather amazed how people who do live in the bigger cities handle it with ease. But as for being at the games live I'm different.... still love it. Part of tby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
During the rebuild, when the Admins weren't looking, I added an Easter Egg to the site's code: Click Control Box, then the esc key, turn your cap around backwards and chant "Long Live The Horns, Long Live The Horns, Long Live The Horns"... gotta be three times... and you should see an animated gif pop up on your screen of stlramz mooning Kaepernick. Took a screenshot of him during the restore... I know, it looks bad... but this afternoon he was able to eat some soup, (fed to him by one of his kids), and in his last text to me he remembered he lives on the east coast and that Linehan is gone... currently he's reliving the horror of hiring Spag's so he's on his way back. Was one of the best for any fan of the Ram's.. EVER.. in all of history. That Jim is here, answering your questions, amazes me. I didn't ask a question.. too intimidated. :) We're talking to JIM EVERETT here. :) This guy came to the Ram's and perfectly continued on the tradition of what being a 'RAM' meant.
