His play action fake is terrible. He barely even acts like he's going to hand it offby PeoriaRa - Game Time Forum
It's still the first half and there's already players in their who I've never even heard ofby PeoriaRa - Game Time Forum
Yeah he looks like he has no confidence. Protection has been okay so far, but he is locking onto one receiver. Just unimpressive.by PeoriaRa - Game Time Forum
I would not watch it, and I definitely wouldnt look in my pms for a link to it, because that is illegal. So don't tell me about it. Jby PeoriaRa - Game Time Forum

Not sure if he can play much, but he is a good story, a pro-level bowler who did not play football until senior year in HS and then took a very twisty path to the NFL. Plus, there are very few Hispanic QBs out there, and with LA having a very large Hispanic population, it is good marketing as well.by PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com
Possibly a bit fragile, but hopefully he doesn't play much. Not sure what it would take to get him from the Jets, but they have too many QBs right now.by PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com

My biggest issue with this article is the assumption that Brandin Cooks has to achieve WR1 STATISTICS to be worth the money that we paid him. If last year is any indication, McVay and Goff like to share the ball around, and this aspect makes them harder to defend. If Cooks can put up 800+ yards, score multiple touchdowns, AND draw the attention of the defense enough that he opens up space for Kby PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com
So many variables to a football team and a football season. Just for fun, I listed three things that I think are possible but not guaranteed that could really put the rams over the top this season. 1. Sam Shields is healthy and special - At one time, SS was one of the best CBs in football. His health is the reason he was on the market and so reasonable. But lets say he stays healthy, and pby PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com
Don't shortchange the weapon that Hekker is. You could argue that he was responsible for more yards and field position than anyone but Goff and Gurley.by PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com
But that doesn't mean I dislike the signing. I do. But based on last year, Goff and McVay really spread the ball around. I highly doubt any single receiver gets 1000 yds in this offensive system. And that is a good thing. As a defender, what is harder to defend, 1 stud receiver plus several JAGs, or 3-4 receivers all of whom will get in the range of 700-800 yards? And bear in mind, laby PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com
Not sure why with Detroit - just a feeling they might put it together this year. They would be a wild card behind the Vikings. NY Jets were surprisingly good last year when they should have stunk. Plus some AFC East team other than the Patriots should be good eventually, right?by PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com

If he still has contract left at a lower price, then he has to "buy back" that cheap contract by being willing to give a little on the terms of the long term deal. The best deal should be good for both sides.by PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com
but I just don't feel good that we have an effective strategy in place to reward and pay players. In the next year, we have to pay Donald, Cooks and Joyner and all (maybe not Joyner cuz safeties dont get paid that much) are going to cost top dollar. Saffold, Havenstein and Brown all expire in 2019 as well. I suspect Saffold is going to get big offers if we let him hit FA. His health hasby PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com
Starting play immediately after the Super Bowl to me is a very bad decision. (At least if their goal is to have lots of viewers.) At least basing on my experience, by the time the Super Bowl is over I am a little worn out by professional football. I love the NFL and kind of hate the offseason, but I don't start craving football for at least 6 weeks after the SB has been played. By then I wouby PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com
Agreed. Would like to see us get on top of these lunch pail players and give them a substantial but reasonable extension rather than waiting until they are free agents and then having to overpay to keep them because demand outstrips supply for proven OL-persons.by PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com
I have a nice photo he took with me and my kids at a scrimmage back in the day. Martz had a great offensive mind but I believe he needed to have some reins on him to be most effective. And I fear he began to believe he was a genius and that was his downfall. But I truly believe he tried hard and am grateful to him for helping deliver SB 34 and 36. (I also believe that we lost SB 36 becausby PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com
Just wondering what drills you run to improve your clutch ability? To say someone has to be more "clutch" suggests that it is something that is in the player's control. What specifically should Jared be doing to improve his clutchiness? Or is it something that gradually improves with playing in big games and general experience? OR, is it something innate that some players haveby PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com

I rewatched the Rams Eagles game last night. It was a really entertaining game between two well matched teams. That being said, it was poorly officiated. There were at least 3 big, momentum changing bad calls on the Rams, and possibly one on the Eagles. TruJo was called for unsportsmanlike for jawing at a guy. This turned fourth down into first and was essentially a turnover given to theby PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com
I know legacies are not really a thing in the NFL, but Ricky Proehl is such an underappreciated part of the GSOT, and a great guy in person. It would have made me very happy to have had his son on the team. Plus, I bet he would have had great hands and gotten past the sticks on 3rd down, two thinks Proehl did as well as anybody.by PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com
from his New Orleans years. A couple of things stood out to me: - did a good job with contested balls in these highlights. (of course the contested balls he lost out on would not make the highlights.) Seems to have excellent concentration - Still looks like a body catcher to me. He can snatch balls away from his body - he did so in many of the catches - but it seemed like he prefers to caby PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com
Look how many of those plays he is navigating traffic - he has great vision and instincts. Makes me think he might be used more on jet sweeps and bubble screens where he could potentially use those same skills.by PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com
Sullivan is not that old, and when he was out last year Blythe did a creditable job of replacing him. On the other hand, I don't see a legit backup at LT. Shouldn't tackle be a higher need than center?by PeoriaRa - RamsFootballFans.com
