And I know I'll take criticism for this, I wasn't thrilled with how he did his speach. In fact I was surprised he had one written down. He fumbled through it early on and almost all his built in humor went without any laughter from the crowd, making for some uncomfortable periods of silence where he clearly expected the crowd to react. Quote21Dog or had some of the fans cleared out after their favorites gave their speeches? As wonderful as the speeches can be, they're too long. I'm sure that prompted some to leave early. The NFL is really a week to week proposition, each game stands on its own to develop a cumulative picture. HOW the Rams and McVay plan to attack defenses this year. My point? We were all bored to tears watching Fishers offense...3 runs for minus yardage followed by a fake, flawed punt. So "I" expect McVay to want to attack defenses further down field while certainly mixing in the run which is going to put a lot of emphasis on Goff. My point?
