He didn't make any mistakes. They were just too conservative. Their gonna have to unwrap him and let him play. I put a lot of this on Fisher.by dzrams - Game Time Forum

People like to defend GRob and say he gets bogus calls against him. But one thing that isn't debatable is that he has the worst timing with his penalties. He's almost always the culprit after a big play.by dzrams - Game Time Forum
Quotedodgerram QuoteRampage2K- QuoteRams43 Dickerson can be pretty blunt, but can anyone say that they're impressed with Goff's rapid development? Especially compared to other QB rookies this year? Me neither. People have to stop comparing him to the other rookie QB's ....the two that are playing well ( Dak and Carson) both came from systems very similar to what they ran in college, sby dzrams - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotezn QuoteLMU93 I don't think it's a concern because they'd have Mannion through 2018. 2019 is so far off and there are always veteran backups available. or you dip into the draft again. Having a competent backup you used a 3rd round pick on and that makes under $800k/year would be nice for this team. But again if they re-sign Keenum to be the #2 I'd be all for it... QuoteJamesJM share a few brews while we're at it. :thumbsup I'm not seeing these 'holes' you're talking about. BC is a great RB, but on his 'successes' he had holes... on nearly all, (not ALL) of Gurley's carries there aren't any 'holes'. I do agree, as I've said, that it looks to me like Gurley is now not really looking, however. As many have said before me.. .he's running up the backby dzrams - RamsFootballFans.com
Cunningham's effectiveness is proof that Gurley is part of the problem. Gurley is just not seeing the holes.by dzrams - RamsFootballFans.com
Well if that energy theory is true, they simply need to figure out how to increase the overall energy capacity in the Rams...you know like other good teams do.by dzrams - RamsFootballFans.com

QuotePaulButcher59 This OL, receivers and lack of running game will make him look like a clown back there. I hate to say it, but I do believe the Rams have a better chance of winning with Case Keenum. This doesn't mean they will win a lot, but even a couple extra games is something, especially for Jeff Fisher`s job security. I don’t think it matters what sooner or later meant to us. What matters is what it meant to Fisher since he’s the one who uttered the words. This may be a nuance but I believe it’s an important one. FWIW, I voted for option 2 but kind of think Fisher meant somewhere between options 2 and 3. Quotelaram Quotedzrams name the last trade for a WR that had significant compensation. I'm not comparing the assets. You get a #1 for a qb. A team desperate for a wr might be willing to give a 3rd. I agree with this by and large. Whenever you have an entire unit not doing well, you have to look at scheme, coaching or both. That said, I think it’s clear that Grob’s problems go beyond the struggles of the other linemen. Consistently leads the league in penalties. And more of those than Smith or Barron ever did.
