Yep... the better team is winning. The team that wants it. And that's not the Rams.by h2omelonhead - Game Time Forum

Just a horrible game. Take him out. Can't cover, can't tackle in open space. Rodgers knows he's got a cushion going to wherever Reeder is at.by h2omelonhead - Game Time Forum
The secondary is late reacting to the play. Can argue if it is the scheme and if the scheme can be adjusted. Or the players aren't just a good fit. Someone like Marcus Peters, probably a better fit as he can read/react better in his prime. Some of it is game feel.. some of it is game/player studying. Read/React requires alot of film studying and knowing each receivers tendencies. Notby h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com
Geniuses can be arrogant and myopic. They think what they believe in will work and will keep doing it to prove naysayers wrong. At least he has a vision. You can buy into that vision or not. Better to have a vision and take risks than someone who just manages to status quo. You either win big or fail hard vs middling in mediocrity.by h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRampage2K- here is what turned out to be an absolute killer:X Rams have Niners on a 3rd and 2 on their 18 yard line with a chance to get right back in this game with a stop.... Rams stuff a toss play to get off the field and get us ball back with 12 minutes left and great field position....NOPE!!! Both Donald and Floyd jump offsides and Niners get free first down This was an absoluteby h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com
McVay's play calling goes all pass happy when he is behind. Instead of clawing his way back, he goes for chunk passing plays. He is too impatient. This makes the Defense just tee up on the offensive line. Balance play calling in the first half would keep the Rams in the game and still have the opponents team guessing. His impatience is irrelevant on whether or not he thinks he hasby h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com
This was the same with Staley, so it's really the scheme. Secondary isn't reading/reacting quick enough to crash into the receivers as they are catching it.by h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com
The defensive scheme allows for nickel and diming by the offense which plays into what Jimmy G is decent at. Corners play so off the ball and are supposed to attack the slants with velocity, but they were late so often in the game allowing for YACs. Defense shines against teams that huck the ball or when the Offense gives a nice lead and the other team is forced to throw more often than notby h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com
If you replace Ramsey and OBJ with "Naysayer Fans".... the same holds true. When things are going great... Fans are happy. When team starts to lose, the naysayer fans turn on the team and want heads to roll. So when some people complain about these locker room antics, they would be doing the same anyway.by h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com

Kicker missed 3 FG attempts in the same possession lol Same miss, hook left 3 times in a row. miss kick, False start miss kick, running into kicker miss kick Wow.by h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com
ignoring what is statistically correct.... it means... 4th times a charm, you are due for a Rams win.by h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com
I hope they aren't putting the blame on KY for not containing Murray. Yeah he took some bad angles, but it's not like Reeder would have caught up to Murray even if he had the right angle. If Rams are opening up space for another WR... that's a terrible move. Stafford has enough weapons. Adding one more when you can't get the D off the field to hand the ball to the Offense is a mistake.by h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com
Shows up! Thank goodness... DLine was getting pushed at line of scrimmage This defense is frustrating... it's just Donald and Ramsey..... and Goff threw it in Ramsey's direction.. thank you!by h2omelonhead - Game Time Forum
Goff gets benched after being able to muster only 3 points in 3 quarters. Deer in the headlight look after Aaron Donald touches him once. Blough comes in and scores 2 TDs in garbage time.by h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com
it takes a big injury for a young guy to understand that they aren't superhuman. 1st down or touchdown otherwise, get your butt down and slide.by h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com
Great news! Double win this Thursday. One for the victory Two, getting out of Thursday night football with little injuries. Thursday Night Football = higher chance of injuries. Glad we are done with it.by h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com
I had one, oddly in dec 2015 during the Rams-Seahawks game in Seattle. It was pretty cold that day... gave a high five after the rams won in Seattle for the first time in a long time. Apparently that was enough to get me a mallet finger.by h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com
Ask why our first string defense was on the field in the first place, if you thought the game was over. McVay can be pissed all he wants, but he also has to take the blame for leaving his first string defense out there, if he expects the other team to not compete to the end.by h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com
Looking back at the AZ/Rams game: Kyler Murray played one hell of a game. This was a QB that was "in the zone"... and sometimes you just can't stop that. Some of his passes were just insanely accurate.. what QBs dream of. 3rd year of Kingsbury's offense so things are probably more natural for Kyler. Probably why he is putting up insane numbers at the start. Key is.. there wiby h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteL.A.Rams Here is the report: He'll need a splint for about 2-3 months for the tendons to "reconnect" naturally. With all the doctors and available treatments he has at his disposal.. probably less time needed to take off the splint.by h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com

Seahawks and Niners play against each other this Sunday on the Niners bad turf. Should be a physical game which may leave Seahawks battered/bruised. So quick turnaround may benefit Rams more if they can take care of Arizona without a scratchby h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com

Exactly. Disguising pre snap however can hide blemishes in the defense. You counter all this pre snap disguises by going hurry up. This forces the defense to go more base and then that's when all the weaknesses get exposed. Staley's defense is great to elevate defenses lacking talent, but gets exposed in 2 minute/ hurry up situations when you don't have the ability to give pre snap lookby h2omelonhead - RamsFootballFans.com
Stats don't tell what you can see with your eyes. Rams held on two Fourth an Goals. Great job on D there, but the fact that Wentz got Philly to that point is the concern. Against any good offensive team, those are TD scores. My biggest concern, and I've said this since the Morris hire, is the ability for the Defense to get off the field quickly to give the offense the possession. Against a backup QBby h2omelonhead - Game Time Forum
Earlier on the Colts TD drive... Wentz ran and dove forward without any defender touching him. He gets up and KY slaps the ball out of his hands. Does the QB give himself up if he dives head forward past the line of scrimmage? I know feet first slide is a give up, but not sure of head first.by h2omelonhead - Game Time Forum
