Thanks so much for posting! I like how the Rams are engaging with fans and how accessible team officials seem to be. I know this is tough but do you get any sense that Bryce Hopkins may have a role with this team? After last year’s redshirt year he rarely if ever is mentioned. Looking fwd to your pics, thanks again for the post.by LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com

I always enjoy looking at positional breakdowns post draft. As uneasy as many of us feel Sports illustrated had every one of the Rams’ picks ranked. Tutu’s grade was spot on as a 2nd rounder. Just passing along the link.by LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com
Dead as I messaged you, I am totally impressed by the depth of your scouting and how you put it all together is beyond my comprehension. Excellent work and much appreciated. One note just as a LSU alumni/ season ticket holder on Jabril Cox: Last year the LSU defense was an unmitigated disaster. With a return to the 4-3 and DC Bo Pelini it was a hot mess with coverage breakdowns and a fby LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com

Why would a contending team send their best player to a conference rival who just two years ago prevented them from going to the SB? I get it that maybe Rogers camp is upset but shoot trade him to the AFC if you are going to trade him.by LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com
I think that the Rams deserve credit for reaching out to LA . Success certainly has played a role since the phrase “LA loves a winner” is constantly thrown out there. The Chargers playing in a small soccer stadium for a couple of years after moving didn’t help but the Rams appear to have done a better job to this point capitalizing on capturing the local fan base.. In some ways it’s similar to thby LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com
Ian Rapoport @RapSheet · 7m The #Rams had asked DL Michael Brockers to adjust his contract. The two sides couldn’t come to terms. Now he’s headed to Detroit.by LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com
Not sure of course but they “redshirted” J. Winston last year and will go with him and Taysom Hill. I think they will be more inconsistent without Brees but that OL, skill players and defense will keep them in the hunt. I think they are more balanced than Seattle from your list for sure. I hope I’m wrong and they aren’t anywhere near the playoffs, but Payton is too smart of a coach to be unprepby LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com
They are loaded on both sides of the ball and the last two seasons have shown to be able to win without Brees. Payton will have them ready but replacing Brees for 16 games will be quite the challenge.by LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com

Whitworth stands out in almost every interview he gives. He is so well spoken, insightful , and exudes leadership. What a special player to have on a very young Rams’ team these last few years. I really hope he is able to win a world championship before he retires.by LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com
At this time of the year we as fans romanticize high draft picks. Let’s be honest there is sticker shock dealing two number ones and a third plus your QB. If we look at just the players I think most people believe Stafford is a superior QB and by the looks of it an upgrade in the leadership Dept. Now to the picks, the Rams have used high picks to acquire vets. Some have worked out extremely wellby LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com
I could be totally misguided but I think McVay has guys on the roster that have almost a redshirt year. Players like Darious Williams, outside of the last few games last year didn’t play hardly at all on defense, then became a starter. I imagine you keep roster spots for Trishtain Jackson, Xavier Jones and Hopkins et al for injury protection, FA losses, and the coaching staff saw something inby LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com
I get the feeling that the meeting between Goff and McVay in which they disagreed about Wolford starting @Seattle was pretty contentious. I just don’t understand why McVay and Snead are letting the press run with this story. The Rams since Snead has been GM usually are pretty tight lipped about personnel issues.by LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com
Interesting, I had no idea he was working for the Rams.by LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com
I didn’t see asst head coach either. Some speculated that based on his contract language it may have been easier for the Rams to reassign him to another position than fire him. LSU just had some similar moves with a few of their older coaches who are now senior advisors. I assume it’s a respect thing, a way to reduce pay while the coach is still under contract, or a combination of both.by LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com
I think it’s speculative to try to decipher meaning behind what McVay has said in interviews over the last two days. That being said I do believe there has been a change in both McVay and Goff’s demeanor in interviews since Goff disagreed with starting Wolford in Seattle. The statements that stuck out to me the most over the last three weeks by McVay were : in response to Wolford taking deep shby LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com

One of the most impressive attributes I saw in Wolford is his ability to look safeties off and come back to his target. Goff seems to stare down his intended WR’s too often probably contributing to turnovers. Today wasn’t pretty but not bad for a first time NFL starter. In the playoffs against a familiar opponent is all we can ask for after a disappointing and difficult December.by LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com
Probably so. I’m sure towards the end of the broadcast some games will be announcedby LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com
How many times thru the years have opponents rolled out an unknown against the Rams who played well? Certainly the 49ers made a habit out of starting an inexperienced QB that played well enough to win against us. I do believe that the OL deficiencies do dictate the game plan .by LSURAM - RamsFootballFans.com
