Quote3030 I know McVay has this encylopedia mind for football, but watching him at press conferences doesn't inspire me to think he'd be any good in the booth. Knowledge alone doesn't necessarily qualify you to be good on TV. Often, quite the opposite. Yeah, you can train him up some, but as someone who has brushed up against this industry a few times, I just don't think he has the personalitby MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
I can't remember if it was when Goff was a rookie or a season after that, but I know he hadn't been in the league too long at the time. Brady refused to shake his hand or greet him after the game. If memory serves, I believe the reason he gave was "I don't know him". Seriously? Brady may be the GOAT as far as the NFL is concerned, but the dude is a lame narcissist among other descby MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
Yeah, the announcers and a rules guy in the booth are talking about the PI post-game and they all agreed that it was a foul that should have been called.by MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com

Quotesstrams I do hear about a lot of fun with the grandparents type stuff - I just wishe dI had some of that in my history.. Oh, yeah. I know what you mean. I only had one set of grandparents growing up... my dad's parents. My mom's dad died when she was a little girl and her mom died when I was about 6. I barely remember her. Saw this online and had to share. I thought it was hilarious. Christmas Lolz As a joke, my brother Jay used to hang a pair of pantyhose over his fireplace before Christmas. He said all he wanted was for Santa to fill them. What they say about Santa checking the list twice must be true because every Christmas morning, although Jay's kids' stockings overflowed, his poor pantyhose hung sby MamaRAMa - Bucky's Pub
Now that you mention it, I can't recall seeing him since the game he played in before his ankle injury. He didn't have surgery, correct? If not, then how come he's not around? Maybe he is and we just haven't seen him but its a bit odd that he hasnt been seen lately, especially when others on IR who DID have surgery are there on the sidelines.by MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. – Rams defensive lineman Aaron Donald (ankle), quarterback John Wolford (neck), defensive tackle Marquise Copeland (ankle), cornerback David Long Jr. (groin) and linebacker Travin Howard (hip) are out for Monday night's game against the Packers in Green Bay (5:15 p.m. PT, nationally on ESPN and locally on ABC7/KABC-TV Los Angeles). It's tied now at 36-36 with 2 minutes to go. At halftime it was Colts-33, Vikings-0. It's the largest overcome deficit in NFL history. Update: They ended up in OT and the Vikings won, 39-36.by MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com

I use NFL.com's power rankings. It's easier for me to just put one and go by that. Last week NFL had the Rams ranked 29th. This week their ranked 26th. The frickin' 49ers are ranked 2ND and the Detroit Lions just cracked the top ten. When's the last time THAT happened?by MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
Mayfield is listed as 6'1". Is that "short" for a QB? Wolford is listed as 6'0" but I swear he looks like he's about 5'10".by MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
I don't think anybody can be a good coach just because they used to play the game. Then again, there are men who are excellent coaches but they were mediocre players. I have no idea what kind of skills Wolford has in that regard but I wouldn't hire him just because he used to be a Rams backup QB.by MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteLMU93 They can still use it. But just do it maybe 2-3 times per game- during opening kickoffs, after halftime, etc. Just don't do it dozens of times per game. It's tiresome. Weave in music, other phrases or things to get the crowd going, whatever. YES!!by MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
Lovie hasn't had much success in coaching since he was HC of the Chicago Bears and was fired at the end of 2012. After that he was the HC of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for 2 years and had a record of 8-24 After that he was the HC of the Univ. of Illinois for 5 years and had a record of 17-39.by MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
I usually root against them both. I'm not rooting for the Bucs to win as much as I'm rooting for the 49ers to lose, if that makes sense. So far, it looks like the Bucs don't have a prayer.by MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRampage2K- typical media anything for clicks of course he would prefer to live and SoCal and coach the Rams. Change the headline to "Peyton prefers Rams, Chargers landing spot" headline makes people think Rams have actual interest in this dude :lol3 It's not even a rumor. I used to be a Harry & Megan fan when they first got married but ever since their break with the royal family... I'm no longer interested in what they do or say. It's not the break itself which bothers me, because I can sympathize with how they felt about living in that life and wanting out of it, but how they've handled it since... makes me done with them They want to be out... except whenby MamaRAMa - Bucky's Pub
Mayfield is too inconsistent for that type of performance to be sustainable. What we saw Thursday night was a magical performance that I don't expect to see again. The only expectation I have for the rest of this season is for Mayfield to be an upgrade over Perkins and Wolford. That's it. The remaining weeks will still be an evaluation period as far as I'm concerned.by MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 I am so hoping that this game for BM wasn’t just a fluke. Don’t need more fairytale type stuff, just that we will see solid performances from him in the remaining 4 games.. Consistency has not been his strong suit. If he can just play well consistently down the stretch, I'll be happy.by MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
The Amazon Prime NFL crew is: Charissa Thompson Tony Gonzalez Ryan Fitzpatrick Andrew Whitworth Richard Sherman I don't see a lot of chemistry among these 5. I'm ok with Gonzalez and Whitworth. I don't care for Ryan Fitzpatrick as an analyst at all. The dude just rubs me the wrong way. I don't like listening to him or even looking at him. Quoteden-the-coach Kentucky wanted Coen back real bad so I'm sure they are paying him accordingly and IMO, he's a better match for college. It's too much because it's the only thing the PA dude ever yells to fire up the crowd. It's old, tired, and annoying. And his voice sounds like farting sandpaper. Surely they can come up with a few things to change it up. I just cringe every time he speaks.by MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
