I don't know anything about German pickled white fish sandwiches (Fischbroetchen) but your mention of them made me curious. I looked it up on the net and there are many variations of the sandwich but most are made with pickled herring or cod although you can also use other types of fish. Sorry to hear this. A diagnosis of cancer of any type is always disconcerting and worrisome. I smoked for 47 years and finally stopped for good on 8/8/20. I haven't had a puff since. But my pulmonologist saw something suspicious in a chest/abdomen scan and until they took the time to investigate it further, I was a nervous wreck. I'm not impressed with the Battlehawks QB, McCarron. He's so inconsistent from week to week. On the other hand, the DC Defenders QB, Jordan Ta'amu, was the QB for the St Louis Battlehawks back in 2020 and did VERY well then and now. I like talking on the phone but hate holding an iPhone up to my ear to talk. I've been using a headset on my cordless phone (landline) for years. I like having my hands free when I'm on the phone. I wanted to use my Plantronics headset with my iPhone but couldn't figure out how to do it until this past Christmas. I've been watching the Academy Awards every year since I was a little girl. I wouldn't miss them for anything. I don't watch tons of current movies but I love all things Hollywood. I always have. Frank is doing great. His health is good, he still goes to the gym every day, he eats really healthy (while I munch away on junk food), and delights along with me in the time we spend with our grandson. We pick Everett up after school three days a week and spend a couple of hours with him till his parents come and get him on their way home from work. It's the highlight of our week.
