Lovie hasn't had much success in coaching since he was HC of the Chicago Bears and was fired at the end of 2012.
After that he was the HC of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for 2 years and had a record of 8-24
After that he was the HC of the Univ. of Illinois for 5 years and had a record of 17-39.
