Makes sense. Hopefully they’re picking at #32, are you really going to find a stud there? But a team will roll the dice, think the Rams are missing the playoffs, and take that deal. Well, what do we say about Stafford potentially missing games this year? The Rams are not winning a Superbowl. If Stafford retires after this season or next, the Rams are not winning a Superbowl. Make a move now, perhaps they can seamlessly remain as a top tier team, like the Niers did with Montana and then Young, or the Packers with Favre and Rodgers. I like it if it works out. It’s released after the Superbowl and after Rams fans…like I’ve been doing…have checked out to take a break from football. Terry McAulley at minimum should lose his job, but if I’m Stan, I’d take a howitzer shot over the bow and sue McAulley personally for debauching the game. The. Damn. Whistle. Blew!
