I didn't like the pick up at all but IDK. McVay said he's starting the season on the PUP, so I guess they still have a plan for him.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Last week McVay said Goff did some good things when things didn't go as planned. So I'm thinking they are trying to make it easy for him. Perhaps the INT's in practice are when they put him in tougher situations. Once the bullets start flying and teams start really blitzing and scheming, then we'll have a better idea of how the passing game is going to go. I am a Goff fan for the most partby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I said to my wife, they won't let them win this game. The country was feeling very patriotic and the "underdog" role (14 points) just seemed to be the icing on the cake. The Rams were the bad guys. Once the game started, I hope the Rams were so good that they could overcome it. But the patriotic momentum was off the charts. A close friend of mine said he tried to root for the Rams bby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
the day after the preseason game, what I took from it was he set Goff up to succeed and that he did some good things when things broke down a bit. He seemed encourage by saying something like, that's an NFL QB play or something like that. I'm taking the preseason with a grain of salt. When the bullets start flying and teams start blitzing THAT is going to be the test, IMO. I think his play, aby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
First the post was tongue in cheek. Obviously they are not going to do that. But what if Donald does hold out and the defense plays well? Should the team still pay a significant part of the cap to a player when that money might be better spent elsewhere? From the days of no salary cap and coming off a super bowl and a broken leg, I think the overall situation is a bit different. Youngblood wasby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
And is a top defense? It might not be a bad idea to see how the defense plays without him for 6 or 7 games. Then the Rams FO can make their decision... On the flip side if the defense tanks, then Donald's agents will probably want "double" what's on the table.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
the times that he is putting out of the back of the end zone is planned... same way when they go to the goal line. I think that is a bit overlooked when some people rate him poorly. But its just an observation, not sure if that's true or not. I don't think the Rams have a KO return guy now the Cunningham is gone. Cooper doesn't seem to have the hair on fire demeanor when he returns kicks. IDK.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I don't know what that means but it would seem there is some interest but its only been public (other than here) for 24 hours. We will see. Good luck with your trip. So awesome that you do that kind of stuff.by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
lol... yes they do. I have done games before and gotten cease and desist letters from their lawyers... ugh... So I am actually going with a company that has an agreement with Hasbro to do the games. Its the only reason I am using this company, other than they do very nice games. But they are super expensive.by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub

I mean, contracts don't really mean much anyway... at least to Donald. Why bother with with that if he can just hold out, get out of practice and get paid what he wants? Maybe the agent doesn't want the hassle.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

Its basically just a picture. There is no game. So what I am basically doing is trying to see if there is interest. Delaware is pretty small so I should be able to get an idea of how much interest there would be for the game just by showing a picture of the game. This picture is intentionally small/medium so people can get an idea about it but not actually see the details. The details aren't rby Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub

QuoteAlbaNY_Ram Lets start with a couple assumptions: 1. The Rams will complete 360 passes in 2017. (Last year the Redskins completed 407 passes while the Rams completed 312: 360 is kind of in the middle.) 2. The following potential receivers will see playing time with the Rams in 2017, either as part of the initial 53, added to the roster after suspension, or called up at some point as aby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
instead of whatever the he11 they did with him last year. They tried to get him the ball way too much. 6 or 7 touches a game and punt returns. That should be the formula. So much of the Boras/Fisher offense seemed like it was based on wishful thinking... like hoping a player would make a play... not putting them in a position to succeed. I just like his enthusiasm. Where Fisher seemed to always be passive aggressive or slighting everyone, fans included. Now I am not sure what will happen when/If McVay gets hard questions, but for now its enjoyable. After the clip was over, I was surprised it was 15 minutes. Seemed shorter but that's because I enjoyed it I guess.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

I am going to be seriously impressed. Not sure if its coaching, scheme or just preseason and teams aren't blitzing as much... But if they can keep Goff clean, he seems to be accurate. He can buy time in the pocket. There's the Kool-Aid on the table... I want to drink it pretty bad but its going to have to sit there a few more weeks. lolby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
And open receivers. These are luxuries he didn't have, especially at the end of last season. He did a nice job.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Just a prototype. The final product will probably have different pictures, etc. But the basics are there. Anyway, this is just for promotion of the game to generate pre-sales. It looks OK to me but I'd like to have some other opinions. I will add a poll so it can be anonymous.by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
I watched the pats game tonight. Mike Jordan had a really nice game. Goff played OK but his receivers did him few favors. I noted that Robinson (holding penalty), Britt (two drops and a false start), Kendricks (drop) are all off the team. Quick had a nice game. Rams played relatively well but the OL was just not good and the drops and penalties were just killers. Donald caused a few pressuresby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Seems I have left something out of my responses or something. I simply am using the QB as a standard... not new contracts, etc. I don't like the idea of paying him as much as Brady or any other QB who makes that much... I don't want to pay him Suh money either and that isn't a new contract either. At the same time if they did, I get it and am fine with it. My preference is to pay one player huby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
and your response was very well laid out. And I get that he is not going to get a contract that equals that of a franchise QB who signs now. I am simply saying that I don't like the idea of paying him the amount of money that a top QB makes no matter when the contract was done. For me its just too much but I am perfectly fine with it if they did. I just wouldn't do it. What do you think Deby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I understand that new in contracts QB's are being paid more but some QB's like Brady are making $20 million. I'm not sure it would matter to me if he, or any other top QB making about the same money, signed a few years ago. I think its too much for a DT but I'm good either way. My preference would be to walk away.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Suh really wasn't much of a factor in the game. Donald had a personal foul penalty that helped Miami on a scoring drive... But he had a sack/fumble that the Rams recovered and he had a stop for a loss. Rams lost of course but they were in control for nearly the entire game. Wheels came of in the last 5 minutes when Miami scored twice (their only two scores). Other than the personal foul I don't rby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
