Johnson to the PS? Tough decisions imoby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I would guess that Bennett isn't that much worse... and only for 2 games, not the entire season.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
No one cares about the score, who wins, etc... just that we get to watch football with players wearing Rams' uniforms... and ok we want win but really we just want to see the rookies and newer players... and see enough to get rid of Bennett to get Mills in ASAP. Kidding. Sort of.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
and Rozeboom is fine for how much he plays. The article alludes to Jackson making the team because he was held out of the game. I read he had an injury. I thought that was the reason he was kept out. I like the Rams starters and depth.. I feel like this is the best team the Rams have fielded in a long time if the DL can be productive. knock on wood.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Although there could definitely be improvement(s). Rams could pick up someone if they are concerned about Jones. I agree about never having too many good CB's. And both are better than our current 4 and 5. I'm excited about the Rams secondary, so I don't want to go messing with it, lol. But if we could get either I can't see an argument against it.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I don't think that has been completely ruled out yet on Bennett. I was reading a list of the most effective QB's in the first preseason game. Bennett was not one of the 58 mentioned.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
It seems like it could be beneficial to bring either of them in but why are they available? Would either start?by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Matty Breisch is a multifaceted writer who specializes in WWE content at ClutchPoints. He can be read at Heavy, Fansided, Philadelphia Sports Network, and right here at ClutchPoints. Are you ready to read about wrestling? Well, you've come to the right place. I think ClutchPoints is like a poor excuse for Sports Illustrated... which is a poor excuse for whatever it is. I think it's the best it's been. So what if there are crappy articles. No one is forcing anyone to read them. JYB alone has done wonders. And then we have better reporting than ever. Jourdan Rodrigue is about 10 times better than the dumbasses we had before... Bernie??? Even Jim Thomas was pretty hard to read at the end. There are videos, tweets, insider stuff. Had to wait to get behind someone to act tough. damn. That's worse than pushing the intern down, character-wise I mean.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
then they are going to be really hard to beat. And though I am feeling pretty confident, let's see if that optimism holds 5 or 6 games in. I wonder if the Rams are working on the rugby scrum play. lolby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
but he was never really a factor with any team he played for. I feel like he should have been a great player. But there was something missing. I don't know if it was lack of work ethic, or just not a feel for route running. The greatness never happened. I still believe that he was at a minimum an explosive weapon that could change or even wreck games but I feel like I can count on my hands thby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
What? Over? Did you say 'over'? Nothing is over until we decide it is! lol He looks like he is ready to start the season. I think 2-time Super Bowl champ has a nice "ring" to it.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Its enjoyable to go through these posts. looking forward to another preseason game...by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
not sure what he was trying to do there.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotesince68 In the last 10 NFL seasons only 11 teams have averaged over 30 pts/gm. The Rams do look loaded on offense and I think they have a shot at 30/gm, but they do play the Niners twice and the Seahawks twice with what looks to be an improved D. The key as always in the NFL is can they stay healthy. They averaged 23.7/game last year. This year: QB is the same = stud RB is muchby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
and the team... I don't know, I feel like I would have a tear-away jersey and be covered in grease to make myself more difficult to tackle. Anyway, I thought the refs were completely wrong in all of that and it appeared that the steelers instigated the aggression. Should have been 15 the other way. lolby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Not trying to be a jerk, but probably am... but it appears that the OL is in between... Scott is 5'6" and Bennett is 5'11"...by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Let's just hope that mess is behind him and he can stay on the field. He looks like the real deal.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
IIRC his only full season was his senior year. Broke his collar bone one year. I don't know what else but I don't think he had knee issues.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
No Atwell, Corum, Garoppolo, Noteboom, Reeder, Brown and I feel like a few corners.... but I saw Yeast out there which I thought was interesting. I think they held Brennan Jackson out due to injury? I thought the Rams played well on both sides of the ball... Bennett... sigh... That was hard to watch 5 int's. I know one was called back from holding but these were really bad decisions with alby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I think I am comfortable with the starters and players who will see significant time have the first game of the season be their preseason of sorts. Kind of a crazy way to explain it but that's basically how I see it. Starting rookies will be learning on the job. It's a long season. Kickers though, yes absolutely. All the work they can get. Looking forward to this first preseason game.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
The Rams are a young team with a lot of players they need to get good look at. I think a few have impressed in training camp and now to see them in a game, albeit preseason. Don't get me wrong, preseason is basically 82.7% made up of players who will probably never play in the NFL. I am excited to see some of the rookies and FA's play. Who can make the PS? Who can contribute to this season? Iby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
and probably injuries in general, but I think Jones having an issue, perhaps lingering, is disconcerting. I like Reeder and I think he is a fine back up but do they need to add another roster spot for ILB? That would keep me up at night as a coach. In OTA's McVay didn't seem to worried about Jones' knee but I'm sure he would like to just get to the regular season now. I haven't found exactly wby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
speed, quickness and power... so far so good.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I think it's interesting that Witherspoon, who I believe was and is, available and the Rams went after Jacobs instead. I feel like the Rams are significantly improved in the secondary. The Rams have about 7 or 8 young CB's fighting for basically one, maybe two roster spots. Hopefully some of them will shake out during preseason. Watching the clip on Jacobs doesn't necessarily instill a lot of coby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRockRam I don't see anyone proposing restrictions or a slop-cop. We have good posters here, and a bit more discernment before just throwing up everything that comes out about the Rams would be a good thing. But hey, you want to read anything and everything with the word Rams in it, be my guest. Haven't been this enthusiastic since the 1989 draft... I will let myself out.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
That's a great way to look at things and thanks for sharing the story. Life is short. It's been a gift to be alive. I would do it all over again... especially if I could start from where I am now and be 20. :thumbsupby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
It didn't seem like the Rams were too concerned about ILB in the draft and seem content with what they have. Excited about Curl... actually excited about the secondary on whole. Defense might be very good. I feel good about Shula and the players but two rookies, even high draft picks... a lot of wait and see for me.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
