It was fun and it was the same league the whole time with a few of the guys the same the whole time. Money league where the winner won usually about $900 to $1000. Anyway, I don't miss it at all yet and like I said I'm enjoying "just watching football."by RamsFanSinceLA - Bucky's Pub
Not really Rams related, but I wanted to share my "revelation." I've played fantasy football for 25 years, with the last 22 being the Commissioner of our league. This league was formed back when we had to use the newspaper to gather stats and then manually compute everybody's scores. When I took over as Commissioner I immediately looked for some way to automate the scoring and I foby RamsFanSinceLA - Bucky's Pub
Yeah me too. But, they are still the team to beat in the division . . . until they're not. To each their own but I'm not going to jump to any conclusions this early in the season about anything, but the early returns ARE encouraging.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Cooper's fumble gave me my 11th heart attack for the game. Once I came to in time to see that we still had a two point lead I thought, OK maybe we hang on. Then . . . the onside kick . . . hello 12th heart attack. Good thing I regained consciousness in time to see AD's sack to seal the victory. I was so stressed during this game. It took me a good hour to come down from that. I'll need toby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSaguaro Sign him. Get it done, before it gets any more expensive than it's already going to be. He's 24 years old! Do you realize how long we could be seeing Goff to Watkins? Love for what Woods did last night, too, but long term I'm looking at Watkins, Kupp, and Reynolds as the WR triumvirate. With Everett as the TE stud. ::o What a future that could be! QuoteXXXIVwin Watching the replay during the broadcast I remember thinking the camera angle was such that we couldn't really see the extent of the pushoff. After the pushoff the SF WR definitely got a lot of separation, though. Seems like one of those things that happens all the time in games. QuoteThe_Bad_Guy I'm thrilled with the overall direction of this franchise. After all those years in the wasteland ... it suddenly feels like the Rams are a vibe again. People are looking at McVay, the staff, the offense, even Wade ... and saying ... 'damn! There might be something good going on there!' But ... I've gotta admit ... I'm thrilled for the kid. He took a helluva lot of abuse laby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
While being 3-1 was nice, to me it seemed like fools gold. You can't consistently win games in the NFL by scores of 9-6 or 10-7, which seemed to be Fisher's way of doing things. I didn't feel real good about being 3-1 and certainly was not confident we'd maintain our "winning ways." I knew it would collapse at some point. This season so far feels decidedly different. QuoteJYB QuoteGreatRamNTheSky The sack by Donald on 4th down and the save on the 2 point conversion were huge! Grits So was that absolutely bush league offensive PI call on the Niners' 3rd and 10 on the last series. Without that call, they probably win this game. D bailed out by a horrendous call at a most critical moment. I don't think it was as egregious as some are saying. The only TVby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
I agree completely. Goff was outstanding. He looked cool, calm, and collected while throwing some really nice accurate balls. I don't want to get too far ahead of myself, but I think we've found our franchise QB!by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams_81 especially last year with Fisher, the guy that hired Bounty Man, as you never know about his ethics. But we did see those first 4 games. It did happen. I stick to the battered runningback syndrome created by the most predictable and limited offense in NFL history. He started looking at the 5 defensive guys in the backfield on the easy read and became a runningback with no aby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com

The Whiners haven't found the end zone yet but they will against us because, that's what the Rams seem to do: Let the other team do what their other opponents haven't let them do. Hyde will get over 100, Hoyer will throw for 210. But, the Rams get two TDs and three Legatron FGs to take the win.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteBlue and Gold QuoteRamFanEsq ... they seem to lead to unfair critiques at times, as people assume that if they can see it (a hole, an open receiver, etc.) on a still, then the player with the ball should/could have seen it too. no one expects perfection, but I did film some in past few years, and may do it again---it takes time. I don't think I put words in your mouth. Practically every post I've read of yours about Goff has been negative. With that said, if I've misinterpreted your meaning, then I guess that's on me. QuoteRFIP One thing that can't be disagreed upon is his coach lost faith in him in that game. McVay's belief, whether he verbilizes it or not was that Goff was about to fall a part.
