and looks to have a good rapport with the players. Morris makes it fun for sure. I just hope he is in the same ballpark being the savant that Staley was. We just need his game-day playcalling to equal his socializing or he won't last long.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
I sure hope we keep whatever that thing is and RMorris just add to it. I'll miss the gameday playcalling though...I'm not sure many can do it as well as Staley. However, FLARam is right...I'm with RMorris now and will hope he can do his own thing to great success!!by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
and SJD should be the DE/5-tech that Brockers played. SJD has MUCH better motor and movement skills to Robinson and Gaines...but is super strong and offers more quickness rushing the passer now that he's matured and learned how to be an NFL player. Robinson is just too slow to replace Brock...and Gaines isn't the athlete either....both those guys should play at NT. imoby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
I don't get these kinds of articles. Comparing jersey numbers and players??? I dunno...just kinda boring angle to take for an article. imoby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
GGaines is really strong and powerful and has a great motor for a HogMolly!! ;)by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
and it works so long as the FO drafts mid round starters and can replenish the players that leave with serviceable to star replacements. Running a team this way seems like it could be every 5-7 yrs before the team needs a 1-3yr rebuild of talent/influx of high end talent again. But we are currently built to win for the next 3yrs and be highly, highly successful in the play-offs and -gulp- evby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
as I cannot remember R Wilson ever having a strong OL....and they end up doing pretty well year to year. But that's the only HC I could think of so it may be an aberration. I dunno.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
and I agree with the random nature of of a full game...that's why I was fine with one of them....but these guys have been playing the game of football(peewee, HSA, college, + pro seasons) for 5-10 years at this point. They know what football is and the speed it's played at the pro level. The controlled scrimmages can be tailored to focus on what the HC thinks needs the most work and is very sitby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
"Matt will have to be better than in his past." BR For me? He just needs to be as good as his past...cuz I think that will be more than good enough. Stafford's past, for all his lack of success, is what most got him his reputation as an amazing QB. Yes, hopefully, every player plays better, but Stafford's avg level of play may be a step up. That's what McVay is hoping forby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
I see Woods the same way. ;)by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
this is what PS should be...maybe one PS game at most...the rest would be these controlled scrimmages. I know guys can get hurt anytime they practice - whether hitting or not...but I just think it's better to keep guys healthy and lose them during the season(whether in games or practice) than in meaningless pre-season games. I know losing someone to injury is the same sin no matter whenby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
I mean, last year he had 3 game-changing diving INTs that were some of the best catches I've watched....and from a CB no less!!! If DWilliam repeats that same level of play this year...I'm keeping DWilliams cuz his hands are far more important in creating INTs. I don't say this as a slight to Gilmore, I have not seen him play. I'd take the better overall CB..but I was blown away by D-Will'sby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
I have never seen a DT like Donald....ever. To play at his level and be that good...and still WORK harder than anyone in the NFL every year....is just amazing!!by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
where the Rams use their WRs as a group instead of having that one go-to WR. Even if we had JJones...I bet his stat numbers would be lower in the Rams offense due to that fact that we spread the ball around. Rams use a committee approach for RBs and WRs - which I like - as it causes more threats that a defense must account for.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
and Harris the WR. I just don't see Harris as a TE...his build and movement seem like a big-slot WR that can block ok when asked. I dunno...the Rams seem to know what they are looking for and want from the draftees.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
Many of your posts have swayed me over the years to see it that way...and now I fully do. What a bargain both Ramsey & Donald are at 20mby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com

all around. I wouldn't trade him for JulioJones(age32). I'm fine rolling with Woods.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
golfer or something.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
That's pretty amazing!! I really liked Bulger and could not believe he could flick the ball with what might be the skinniest arms in the history of the NFL. lolby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
THAT...was a complete waste of an article. ugh.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
Marino got the ball out in a blink of an eye....truly.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
I have never seen such a "consistent" game wrecker in 40yrs of watching the NFL football. And to do that from the DT spot????........ is beyond incredible.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
I think there's a better than 50% chance Bojorquez takes the job. I have no clue...but just feel it could very well go that way. Hekker will then be signed - immediately - by Dallas and they will have the best STs in the NFL next year!!! LOLby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
...so, of course it's not to be trusted. :P But, for me it was not the calling out of the INTs and mistakes after games so much - that's common stuff...and comes with the game of football. For me, it was the cryptic stuff after the season that I thought was a little petty and not cool on McVay's part. Snead & McVay would be a bit too sly in how they spoke of Goff and his future....I thoby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
and I think he's being coached by Wes/TE group to get better blocking and coming down and sealing the edges on run plays at times. Abigger version of Kupp & Woods. Harris doesn't appear to have the frame to add another 30lbs. imo I see Harris a Megatron-light...and a huge targeted WR gift for Stafford along with the NotreDame WR. Stafford loves to throw the ball up and have his monsterby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
that cap number and the fact that this new punter-Corey Bojorquez is a lefty with a booming leg is certainly intriguing. Especially, since our STs do not run fakes as we used to where we could take advantage of Hekkers passing only reduces his value. imo IF the Bojorquez can get better at directional punting to even come close to Hekkers "inside the 20" accuracy...I'd cut Hekker loby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
that I can't remember McVay behaving that way in public towards any other player like the way McVay handled Goff. It seems like it had become very personal with McVay. McVay sounded quite bitter and angry. IIRC....Goff was the only player McVay ever called out publicly like that. It was really odd behavior from McVay from what I recall. Whether it was justified or not I'm sure both sideby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
I think Tebow will be a good one...good hands and a brawling beast to tackle. I'm just glad Tebow is finally open to play it now.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
