I have him as a top 10 WR in the NFL, probably top 5. Since 2017, no receiver has gotten open more than Kupp or gained yards after the catch at a higher rate than the Rams receiver. If I am reading this right, he is better than any player in the NFL in both: 1) Percentage of time getting open (Somewhat subjective I am sure, but he obviously is great at that) 2) Yards after the catchby Rams_81 - RamsFootballFans.com
The bottom line, he is tough as nails, has some good athletic skills and good arm and a good leader but he isn't very accurate. Sometimes QBs improve with a second chance, but his problems I believe is accuracy so unlikely that he will be able to go from a Good QB to a great QB.by Rams_81 - RamsFootballFans.com
Nothing wrong though with being able to run it too, but NFL defenses can stop a running game if they want to. A diverse team that can pass cannot be stopped especially if you can protect the QB. But the best passing teams were the most successful teams in the NFL and that is a good thing for the sport.by Rams_81 - RamsFootballFans.com
Not if the offensive line cannot protect. It won't make a difference unless the offensive line can pass protect and do it with or without a running game. Teams in the NFL can stop the run just about any time they want, but a passing game is hard to contain. This is the key to the entire season. The best teams in the NFL were passing teams. The worst win was last year against the Patriots. I don't know about the worst lost, but that Patriots win last year was the most negative moment since Coach McVay has been with the team. It was fools gold to think in modern NFL, you can run it, punt it, and just dominate on defense. There are too many good offensive teams that will at some point make plays. I see a Trung like player that is straight line. I have yet to see an impressive run after the catch where he weaves in and out busting opponents ankles in the highlights I have seen. I see speed though, but I just am not that excited about track speed only. Kupp, for example, is slow by NFL receiver standards, but he always seems to be open and can run through a crowd of people and/oby Rams_81 - RamsFootballFans.com
Maybe that is really a strong statement, but it definitely is a crap shoot. Guys like Ramsey is a sure thing. Been there done that.by Rams_81 - RamsFootballFans.com
When you trade a 1st or 2nd round pick for a guy that is playing better than 90% of the 1st rounders in the league, those are good mathematical probabilities that it is a good trade. I have one caveat. Draft picks later in the first round have tremendous money value and football has a salary cap so that is the part of the strategy that is biting the Rams in the butt right now. Look how Carson Palmer had all those losing seasons with the Bengals. In fact, only 2 winning seasons out of 9 seasons. He gets hooked up with Arians and he goes 10-6 11-5 13-3 Was he that much better. so we are saying the light bulb just came on season 10? Love the attack philosophy Arians' coaching philosophy can be summed up with one phrase: "No risk it, no biscuit. You can’t live scared." The man won more titles than any player in NBA history other than Bill Russell. He was always a very good player, a key player, on great teams. Brady has been in the right place at the right time similarly to Horry. He has always had the best surroundings with team and coach. Now do I think he is a better player than Horry relative to the sport. Yes. By a Long Shot, but the paby Rams_81 - RamsFootballFans.com
Brady is great though that cannot be denied. I just think his team success is just that, he isn't the catalyst necessary but a huge part of the team success. I think had he played with the Chargers for example, he may have had a similar career to Phillip Rivers who didn't have the stroke of luck that Brady had with the surroundings of coaching and supporting team. Rodgers putting together all these 100 QB ratings and the eye ball test to me still gets the Nod. He was handicapped with both of these coaches somewhat and what he did this year to carry that offense to a good season with Adams as his only weapon is simply incredible. But I have cooled on Rodgers because of how he piddled when trailing against the Bucs down by more than 2 scores. His lackby Rams_81 - RamsFootballFans.com

This is the series that cost the Rams the superbowl. Lots of piddling around for the sake of piddling. Go to 11:02 with 2:18 left. It is stunning that the Rams almost had a play clock penalty when trailing with 2 minutes left. If they were going to go all in, why punt too. The Rams got the ball back with like 10 seconds left if I remember.by Rams_81 - RamsFootballFans.com
Sorry, I am pro attack attack and attack 1) Chiefs 2) Bucs 3) Bills 3 of the top offenses in the final four with great tempo on their offense. I may have changed my opinion on Rodgers of being the greatest QB ever just because he took too much time when trailing by 18 points. He is a guy that could rattle off 10 years of 1000 yards. The team is down right now with other elements out of sync and the Rams have decided to ride the defense and just do a bunch of punting with the running game because the defense is so good and the offensive line cannot hold up in pass protection. I am at a lost here how he has came into so much love based on 2 NFL games that were below average performances. The lack of confidence is at a all-time high with Goff for sure. Wilson is one of the greatest 4th quarter QBs in the history of the sport. Watson lays eggs in the 4th quarter and isn't a very good decision maker. His won loss record in 1 score games was like 2-7.by Rams_81 - RamsFootballFans.com
