QuoteLMU93 Yeah, to me he looks like a top 50 player. Not top 20-25. his 40 time was not great, which will lower him, but I don't care. First, his game tape is great. All you could want. And his combine drill reslts were excellent, other than the 40. He had 42 reps. His vert was 32 in (Chris Long 34), his 3-cone was 7.28 (Chris Long 7.02) his SS was 4.5 (Long 4.21) Broad 103, Arm length 33 7/8by Blue and Gold - RamsFootballFans.com

Quotezn All posters are free so you can get into a subtopic about PFF if that suits you. ... thanks. Good to know. And don't ya know, that's what I did. And it exposed the flawed PFF analysis. End of storyby Blue and Gold - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotezn So for me the issue is Donald. ... For me, the issue is crappy stat work to promote Donald. If they want to promote him fine, then they need to use stats that actually prove what they say they proe. In this instance, they don't. I don't need to be sold on Donald, been touting him since 2014. But PFF, in this case, is fake newsby Blue and Gold - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotezn First off the difference between pressure on 39% v. 32% of plays is as substantial. On their numbers, In the 2 games in question its a difference of 4 plays. I think any coach, if told that they could increase pressures by 7.5% by doing this or that, would not simply scoff at it. Or for that matter, to use a different number, if the Rams were told if you do x you would increase scoring byby Blue and Gold - RamsFootballFans.com
I am no draftnik, but I have seen him play, but I think his NFL position is 5-tech and he'll be a good one. Won't be a star, but he's like Wolfe of Denver, super-solid, versatile, could actually play nose, 3, and 5. Not sure he could be impactful in nickel as an inside rusher, likely a 2-down player. But hustle, smarts, good enough size. My gut says he's a 2nd rounder... but just a guess.by Blue and Gold - RamsFootballFans.com

Jets rescind offer to DT Suh after Johnson's talk with Maccagnan By Ralph Vacchiano | 6:52PM ORLANDO -- The Jets had a huge and surprising offer on the table to Ndamukong Suh. But upon further review, they took it back. Jets owner Christopher Johnson made that stunning announcement on Sunday evening, saying the Jets rescinded their offer to the 31-year-old free-agent defensive tackle.by Blue and Gold - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotezn In games that Donald played this year, the Rams got pressure on 39.2 percent of their opponents dropbacks, the fourth-best rate in the league, and they also ranked fourth among defensive units with a 7.5 sack percentage. In the two games that Donald missed this season, the Rams pressure percentage dropped all the way down to 32.2 percent while their sack percentage dipped to 6.8 percentby Blue and Gold - RamsFootballFans.com

in that the Jets are one of only teams I have seen that really do use a base 3-4 and move guys around because they were all similar body types. They didn't have a dedicated 3-technique or 1-tech. Though I think Mo Wilkerson was a 5-tech most of the time. They even list their guys as DL rather than "DE" and "DT" and "NT" Of course, they were average against the runby Blue and Gold - RamsFootballFans.com
