When identifying the differences between Goff and Stafford, I would start with tight window throws. The production Stafford gets on throws to targets that are covered well is insane. This post season showed what positions matter most to winning an NFL championship. 1. Elite Qb. The Grapolo's can get you to the Championship game but almost never a win in the Super Bowl. 2. WRs that can defeat both man and zone coverage. Chase, Kupp, Hill, Deebo, etc. Got to have at least one. When you have two--Kupp and Obj your offense is tough to stop. 3. If you watch the highlight where you can see some of the overhead it is quite clear Warner targeted Stafford. There were two other Rams he passed to hit Stafford. Wow. The levels in this post. Flores a failure? That team vastly over performed expectations. If he went through what I read he did how can anyone just continue to go with the status quo? I think it's pretty clear he knows he will not be a winner with the lawsuit in regards to money and job opportunities. There are other things in life worth fighting to improve. Didn't get to see the pics but the refs weren't calling any penalties. Zero holding calls. Four during the play penalties ToTal. Eight total flags. The refs were clearly in a don't call anything mode. Some of the no calls were ridiculous...looking at von getting clotheslined, Floyd getting bent backwards vs Trent, the Stafford insanity. A QB is definitely not maximizing his effectiveness if he doesn't throw any ints. It's a spectrum of value, risk/reward. Like Rodgers only throws to Davonte, and his backs and a couple to his te. He can get away w that in the regular season but in the playoffs the elite teams take that away. The elite level throws Matthew makes are unreal to me. Good post. I'm curious how many/what percentage of first seeds are won by a tiebreaker that isn't head to head. Playoffs would be fun if you added another team and everyone played the first week. I lift and have for awhile. I'd ask you to do some reading before believing that lifting hurts your joints. Kids doing basic strength building lifts like deadlifts, squats, bench press is nothing but good for them. Done correctly with supervision.by cool_hand_luke - RamsFootballFans.com

The key is when the ball is snapped. You can one person moving (motion) when the ball is snapped. For example , the jet motions they use. And can't go toward the line of scrimmage. Prior to the snap you could have multiple people moving simultaneously. This is a shift. With a shift all players on the offense must be still for one second prior to the snap. I don't know then numbers and haven't watched much of Young play but sacks are a bad way of measuring a pass rusher's true value. Pressures is better. Win rate, double team rate, etc. Clowney was always a power player. Never had the explosion, bend, hands of an elite edge rusher. He's a tweener who can't stay healthy.
