Working on educating myself on Jonah Jackson. Found a PFF stat that I wanted to share about him.
The stat is Impact Run Block Percentage--Positively graded run block snaps / run blocking snaps.
Filtered to guards with at least 350 snaps in 2023, the highest mark is Chris Lindstrom at 22%. Dotson is sixth at 19.8%, Graham Glasgow (lions other guard) in 7th at 19.7%. Jonah Jackson is tied at 11th with a 17.2% mark. Avila is 57th at 10.2%.
Interestingly, one of his worst graded games of 2023 was against us. 55 overall, with a 26 Pass blocking grade and 63 run blocking grade. In 30 pass snaps he gave up 3 pressures. Versus the Cowboys he had his worst pass blocking game at 19.9 grade. Gave up 4 pressures in 38 pass snaps.
Donald has 2 pressures in 14 pass snaps vs Jonah.
