could argue that we couldn't get the play calls in or hear the snap count I. the first quarter - had a lot to do with it, but yes, they are good. also, we haven't really discussed much, but I don't think I loved McVay's game plan out of the gates. it seems he wanted to pass a lot given that he thought the saints would come out trying to stuff our run. which on the surface seems decent, butby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
the NFL commercial where they ask a bunch of millenial kids in skinny jeans "what are you gonna bring" and they all bring their "swag" or their "crew" and start a choreographed dance battle while some other kid is running and I guess they all have super powers or something?? lol. ....I know, I'm old. but that commercial is dumb and a microcasm of everytby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
no one will remember the penalty after tomorrow. It's in the past. Peyton looks petty for continuing to dwell on it. he'll have 6 more months to dwell on it too. next time, score 7 in the red zone, not 3 and the game would have been over early... peace.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
hahaha. Get over it. they had the ball first in overtime. all things being equal, they got beat. did the refs keep Thomas to 4 for 36 yards? Did the refs hold the saints to 48 yards rushing. moving onby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
I actually think it was unfair. I like that home field advantage is an advantage, typically late in the game, crucial plays are really loud for the opponent. But it was just like one team could not get plays in and could not hear anything in the huddle or at the line of scrimmage and the other team could hear fine. almost like one team played in the snow and wind, and the other team plaby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
have to admit, Gurley's emotional interview after the game, basically crying and saying I didn't play good... was a little weird. makes me wonder what's up. maybe more than physical? I don't know. maybe it's just that McVay still wants to keep his injury on the DL, and Gurley was more crying that he isn't able to contribute much. just odd. hope all is fine long term.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
yes, saw it a couple times. remember the Patriots chipping Marshall in the SB? hated it, but it works.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
it's mostly Edelman. he's their Kamara. hard to stop. we did a horrible job with Barron and especially Littleton covering. next time I would use a corner to shadow Kamara. they run and pass well to white, we have to shut that down, but then on 3rd downs we need to find an answer to Eledman. yes, Gronk poses a big problem as well. but I think if we slow down White and Edelman (somehowby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
I too was confident. on the long kick he missed last week (63?) they had to rush out there as the clock was winding down. he didn't get his routine down. this time, he was able to go through his routine. I too was almost 100% confident. I just couldn't picture him missing it, I could only picture it going in. I just assumed he was going to bang it through. however, the snap was baby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
our perspective is a bit relative. for Goff, it was a great game. he did more than just manage the game, he made a few plays as the play was breaking down and also threw a few dimes to Cooks. on top of that he overcame the noise of the dome, the helmet communication issues, the early INT and being down 0-13 early to come back and the it up. however, if anyone saw Brady play, he made redicuby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
was not a lot of time left in the game. after being down all game you have to tie it up there and take the FG. it was the right call, although hard to swallow not getting 7 there. we need to do better on the first 3 plays to punch it in and not have to question going for it on 4th down. maybe McVay should watch the Patriots film in the red zone and learn a few things.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
I think Bones gets a lot of credit for having a good special teams, when the reality is that GZ and Hekker are great talents, and the return game is horrible. horrible discipline and decision making on punts and kick returns. jo jo is exciting, but not worth it. he is reckless. we just need a guy to secure the ball. not run 30 yards in a circle on punts. we seem to be doing a littby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
the two side arms to Higby with a guy dragging on him were almost Mahomes-esque. (almost) add in some dimes to cooks and he really played well given the circumstances. he also showed some athletic ability on a couple of the roll outs to the right that usually end up a dead play. side comment: have to add that he hurt us by challenging the Saints fans to be more loud. on their first 2 drives. had more to do with their loss then a no call pass interference. also, they run the ball 3 times with 2 minutes to go instead of that low pass that hit the ground and they leave the Rams with no time outs and barely 1 minute to go. instead the Rams have 1:45 and a time out.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Higby dropped that 4th down pass, luckily we got a penalty. watching the saints game, Higby missed one right through his hands in the end zone. last year in the playoffs vs. ATL, he bobbled the catch in the end zone that would have brought us within 1 score with time outs and over 2 minutes to play. I said in another post. I like him. I like him on 2nd down. not on 3rd down or 4th dby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Charlie casserly showed how the cowboys were beaten by the run, and didn't stack the box. then he showed how the saints don't fall for all our motion, etc... we have a great O'line...especially run blocking. But let's declare them the greatest after we put up 150 yards on the ground against the Saints and in the SB.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Higby on critical downs. he's decent, but not reliable enough in key, situations. Luckily we've gotten away with most of his untimely drops so far.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
the key is to not get into 4th and goal. need to be more aggressive in the red zone and stop trying to pound the rock from the 20 yard line in. if you're on the 3 or 4 yard line, yes run it 4 times.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
it makes me sick to my stomach to even consider another SB win for Tom Brady and then at our expense, I can't even imagine.. Sadly, I think the revenge of beating him would not be as great as the scar of losing to him again 20 years later. luckily Jarod Goff and Sean McVay don't know anything about our pain. But I'll take all comers. Let's GO!!!!by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
😁😁😁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
the issue is not "why did they go for it" the issue is, why has McVay become Jeff Fisher in the red zone? the problem is that as you get closer the end zone, it gets tighter. harder to run, harder to pass. the back of the end zone becomes a barrier from spreading things out. point being, when you're some where around the 15-20 yard line, the plan should not be to inch your waby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com

I probably should have kept this to myself, lol. even the kids know. well, a bonafide belated welcome aboard to Mr. McQuaide from me. I guess I focus around the actual kick and return and not realize that we pay a guy millions of dollars to hike the ball on that particular play when you would think Sullivan could learn to do it for like an extra $100G's per year.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
mostly class and image, but when Peter's is talking and he can't back it up on the field, it's pretty sad. and he basically cost us a touchdown with that personal foul so he is the last one who should be talking. and in the case of Sullivan, he may cost us a future game now that the Saints will do extra work to not provide any "tells". you do realize this is the "genius&quoby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
am I crazy? I follow the Rams pretty religiously. had no idea who this guy was. I saw a #44 high five someone in the post game lockeroom clip and I was like, hmmmm who's that? here's the weirdest part... he's been on the team since 2011 and has been to 2 pro-bowls and signed a 3 year extension through 2021?? is he possibly the longest tenured Ram? If you all knew all this I will apolby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com

I had said my tri-facta (since it was most likely anyway) was to get revenge on the Bears, Saints and Patriots. But I will definitely take them 'boyz, the Saints and Patriots. my saga would be complete as well. of course nightmare scenario is losing to the Pats again after all these years, but go big or go home!by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
