Great, good to know....hopefully true....they are motivated now.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Ya, they are missing Griffen, the DE, but their defense didn't get old or bad, it is still has very good players from the #1 defense of last year.(read bold below) The real Viking defense (cut and paste fr someone else): "on the flipside their shutdown defense from last season, which finished 2017 ranked league best in fewest offensive points allowed, currently ranks 16th, middle of the pby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Vinny, I did that comparison on purpose.....to over dramatize what the media already succeeded in doing. I may be dumb, but I ain't that stupid. :)by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
This will be like the Rams at Seattle in 2015--- a brawl....and the Vikings are better brawlers right now, and sometimes talent 'escapes' the brawl to victory. I am wondering how Jared-Cool is gonna do. He is playing at a Pro Bowl level now....but, for this game, he will have to be a lot better. Sully gets a tweak, and Bythe moves over, and Jamon comes in...we will be happy we have depth! Ficby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Mr COy, I agree with what you wrote....I am actually pointing out the 4 year difference in age and production career-to-date. I am being a tad unfair to JG, but I think he is waaaay overhyped. I watched all three games, and he is not even a good QB right now. He has a great release.....but he is #25 of 32 starting QBs right now--just above Rosen/Bradford combo. He will be a starter for 3-4 yeaby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteJamesJM To re-confess... actually I've always had high regard for JimmyG's talent... feeling sure he was going to be a very good QB for someone. Never saw him as a generational talent but definitely solid and gifted. - JamesJM I thought the same.....but I am lowering that. If he wasn't in SF with Shanny calling incred plays, he would be mediocre.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I thought it was 1977 reg season...or 1978...I am prob wrongby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Goff TDs before 24 years old: 39-50 (Goff has 39 career TDs right now, and he has 3 games to add to that) Garrapo TDs up until his 27th b-day in Nov 2018: 17 Garrap has some catching up to do....and he is 3 years older. Garrap is inaccurate and the rush gets to him, besides that he does many other things well. He will be like Ryan Fitz some day.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Ya, I saw all 3 games, and the BIll's game was atrocious....but Zimm and that talent will play their best game. Goff is up to it, I hope the O line is.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
By the end of the year, I will revisit this post....and we will see how dominant this Ram offense is :)by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I said Goff in 2019 (not now).... Ya, Gurely isn't as smart as Faulk, or as shifty, but Faulk was at 4.5,maybe 4.55 and Gurrley is at 140 a game and Faulk at 150 a game.....so, I will take Faulk...I know, I know he is a HOFer....so is a healthy Gurley!by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Ignore the Bills game....it will only help fire the Vikings up, anyway. Vikes were #1 on D last year....this year they have all the players except DE Griff and the corner...they are still a top 10 defense.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
He is a better down the filed cover man than 3/4 of the corners in the league. Can he last? Can he tackle and not get a concussion. If he can do what he did, we won't miss Talib that much. As someone said: "he has the best feet" on the team.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
read this and then scream when you see another helmet to hemet hit: https://www.si.com/nfl/2018/09/18/gary-plummer-nfl-concussion-dementia-therapy Always loved him as a player....I have his games, gonna watch him crush people, and then wonder: was it worth it.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Watkins isn't running timing patterns (you have to watch all 3 games, every play to know what I am talking about). I think he had one nice slant, plus one other completion on a route that was a "timing" pattern in 3 games.....the rest was 'junk' patterns that require very little ability to run patterns. His TD catch was nice. He actually looks like a running back to me---something heby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Ya, I wouldn't risk Peters. We can win without him....even if he played at full health, I don't think it is the reason we would win or lose.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
This offense is like 1983 Redskins and 1992 Dallas---can control with accurate passing game, and good running game. By the end of the year, we will all know this offense is as good or better than Mach I in 2001. They still haven't played a full game at full focus. Goff played his best game against some good DBs. Kupp>Hakim Cooks= Holt (ok, maybe not yet) Woods< Bruce Goff by 2019&gby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Yes, our stringbean QB is a huge benefactor in all of this. The Golden Armed Assasin had a his career game....now, can he keep the ball rolling. I now he threw a pick, but that was his best game by far! The NFL is going down hill in many, many ways....but, still the best sportby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Oooo, WOW and I thought we had it bad with Spags and Fish. LOL, they looked like a college team the first 2 weeks, so I am not surprised.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com

BIG problem for Rams. Vikings will be breathing fire, and against the cornerless Rams. Going Vikes and the line... I don't care if Rams lose, JUST NO more injuries!by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I predicted the Rams to lose originally, but with Bosa out, the Rams have a much better chance.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com

I was wondering if he would be the first Rams QB to have those skills....in these day you gotta have something special going on, or you become M BUlger.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
“I think they’re stacked in every position on every level,” Chargers coach Anthony Lynn said. While the Rams secondary has been as tenacious as any in the league, the Chargers know their defensive dominance starts in the middle, where Pouncey, Schofield, and left guard Dan Feeney will have their hands full. That trio has generally impressed Lynn thus far; though, through two weeks, Pro Footbalby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I don't like Baldy's delivery much, but I LOVED THE video--Thanks!!! Ya, Goff made some sweet throws. He was supposed to throw it 64 yards--he took a 1/2 of a second or so of extra time to get it release it , though.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Where is the Jimmy G from last year? he seems off (@JWalizerJr) Well, where is Marquise Goodwin? Garoppolo’s favorite target got hurt 17 snaps into the season opener. Garoppolo played best Sunday in an up-tempo approach but he dropped anchor in the pocket for six sacks. Enough throws are sailing off mark to cause concern, but he’s still settling into a complex offense. He won’t be “off”by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Lovell Pinckney 's son? The first 'fast' TE the Rams ever had... Thanks for the analysis. I consider the Rams tabla rasa until the play someone above 4-12 level---which the Raiders and Cards were. the Cards are the worst coached team I can remember since, well, Scott Linehan in 2007. We really don't know how good are corners are until the face a good QB-WR combo.....by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
