QuoteJimYoungblood53 QuoteSpeed_Kills I'm fuzzy Youngblood and I think that 8 or 9 wins are not likely but perhaps the ceiling a good year will be around .500 ... but the time to judge, for me, is 2024. I have no expectations for this year. I give McSnead a pass for 2023 because of the ring in 2021 Honestly I wouldn't mind having the worst record in the league in 2023 (I know, blasphemy), aby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com

My dad took me to a game at the Coliseum and I was hooked. Been a Rams fan ever since through thick and thin!by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
I have to believe we won't suffer all of those injuries this season like we did last season but I see no more than 7 wins with an 0-3 start. I hope I'm wrong and you are right!by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteLBCRAM Trade per Schefter: Trade terms agreement: 🏈Steelers get WR Allen Robinson and a 7th-round pick (No. 251). 🏈Rams receive 7th-round pick (No. 234). Rams pay $10.25 million of Robinson Gotta be kidding me. That's it???by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Wow, all of these defections are leaving us with essentially nothing save for AD, Kupp and Stafford. Are we really trying to tank for Caleb Williams next year???by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 I’ll say it again. I think we’re gonna see a feisty try-hard team this year that will entertain savvy fans but will maybe only win 7-9 games. I love feisty players but I know my patience will be sorely tested this season. Agree 43. I think our Rams will struggle to win more than 7 games this upcoming season. We just suddenly don't have much talent. All of that free spending thby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com

Well played RamsDude, well played.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 QuoteAlbaNY_Ram Just sayin' - nobody knows anything. Can;t really argue with that statement. But there is something that I do know. AD’s absence is not a good look. Couldn't agree with you more 43. I love me some AD but the fact that he's been AWOL is really bad optics, especially for a team captain.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
That is really great to hear, thanks for posting Mama. I hope he makes a full and speedy recovery. I'm pulling for him.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 QuoteJamesJM Not a stellar game for him, by any means.... but what every QB experiences occasionally, even the elites. We’ve only seen Mayfield as Ram QB in 4 games so far. A high followed by a low, followed by a high, followed by a low. The 2 highs were very, very high but the 2 lows were scarcely JAG territory. That’s the definition of inconsistency, don’t you think? QuoteRamsAl48 QuoteJamesJM Last night was not a game to judge by, IMHO... he was running for his life and they were smothering our receivers. No QB could have performed in that situation. That doesn't mean I think Baker is the answer, by any means, but I think he's our best option right now by a long shot. - JamesJM So Perkins playing against one of the best teams in the Kansas City was iby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
I can't remember a season where we suffered so many injuries. We're down to third stringers on almost the entire offense. It's crazy.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteNewMexicoRam ....well, there's a lot of IFs. I will place them in order of priority. 1. Fix the O line. Especially with guys who run block well. Why? The threat of a good running game will take pressure off of the passing game. Shoot, even Tutu is showing he can sprint past most defenders, which helps keep the defense honest. Primeo uno. Form a solid O line. In fact, this is # 1 to 3.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm ambivalent about Morris. I hate that soft zone coverage he always plays. It cost us the game against Tampa Bay.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
McVay won us a Super Bowl last year and had us in another just a few years before that. He is a great coach but he does seem off this season, I'll give you that. But to wish him to leave??? Are you serious? We're pulling guys off the street to play offensive line due to massive injuries. Now we have Kupp out, Stafford is probably out for a while, and nobody else is stepping up. We just doby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
What a game! I am so happy right now. I just finished a bottle of good wine with a buddy, along with a nice victory cigar. What a day. Stafford was NAILS on that last drive. Kupp was unstoppable, even when they knew the ball was going to him. And Donald...just like the end of the Whiner game...came up with the game clinching play on defense. Great band, deep lyrics. I love almost all of their stuff.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
I think McVay made two very costly bonehead decisions. The first one was when the Rams had a 3rd and half yard to go and he calls a play where Stafford is in a shotgun with an empty set. What happens? Sack. Slimers get the ball back and get a FG at the end of the half, turning the momentum around. At least line up under center with a RB in the backfield to give the defense something to tby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
The guy seriously needs professional help and I hope he gets it. Besides, we're fine at the WR position.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
The guy has pouted his way out of his two previous stops and he is never going to get the targets with the Rams that his ego needs. I think he's a head case and I'm afraid he might start stirring the pot. Besides, we have other, more pressing needs IMO. It goes without saying that I hope I'm wrong on this and he is a big benefit.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
He's not an All-Pro but IMO he was clearly our best ILB. Reeder can't tackle, he always gets trucked, and he's slow. This is definitely a head scratcher. I hope McVay and Snead have a plan to fill that hole with somebody at least better than Reeder. It seems we just weakened our weakest position. :bangheadby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSoCalRAMatic This guy didn't even look like a pro football player. He couldn't tackle anyone. He couldn't catch an insides kick. He looked particularly awful. Young had a few positive plays but the ILBs were terrible. Could they replace them soon? You couldn't be more correct. That guy can't tackle. He missed or bounced off of practically every tackle opportunity he had. He was awful.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Jones has been a great talent at WR but he is getting up there in years and he is always getting dinged. That's not to mention the one position we don't need help at is WR, plus we just simply can't afford him.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteJimYoungblood53 QuoteRams43 He played 12 years on the doormat Lions for crying out loud. Geez... He played half his career with this guy Yes and he got him the ball consistently. So, Stafford and Megatron...who else? You can't win consistently with only two good players and bad to mediocre coaching all the time.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Thanks for the great follow up DP. I agree the Megatron, Metcalf mold is rare and I wasn't challenging your mock of a "smurf" WR. It's just a personal preference to have a big, fast WR on the outside. Like I said, I'm no talent evaluator; I don't even get to watch much college ball at all. So I defer to the people that know what they're talking about when it comes to evaluatingby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Hey DP, I can't thank you enough man. This board is lucky to have you. I love your mock drafts. It's very clear how much time and effort you put into them. I agree with your thoughts on what the Rams needs and priorities are. I really do like the idea of a FB "hammer" in the lineup, especially if we can get him in the 6th. As far as WRs go, I'm not a talent evaluator like youby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
