McVay won us a Super Bowl last year and had us in another just a few years before that. He is a great coach but he does seem off this season, I'll give you that. But to wish him to leave??? Are you serious?
We're pulling guys off the street to play offensive line due to massive injuries. Now we have Kupp out, Stafford is probably out for a while, and nobody else is stepping up. We just don't have the players to compete right now. This season is hard to watch because of that.
I hope McVay stays for a long time. We'll need him because I'm afraid we're going to have a few more years of not great football ahead of us as they try to restock the cupboards.
