Have We Reached a Vaccination Tipping Point for COVID-19? Before a population reaches herd immunity, an inflection point must occur — the point where there’s enough immunity that cases begin to decline consistently. Before a population can reach herd immunity, an inflection point has to occur — the point where there’s enough immunity, through vaccination and previous infection, that caby CeeZar - Bucky's Pub
QuoteFauci "I would like to get people away from this concept of referring to something very elusive in its definition because we don't know what herd immunity percentage of vaccinators vaccinated people, plus people who've recovered, we've made estimates that is somewhere between 70 and 85%, but we don't know that as a fact, so that rather than concentrating on an elusive number. It is not just the way it will work, it is on the ONLY way it can work. We know that herd immunity is a combination of natural immunity and immunity via vaccine. This is not theory, this is established virology science. If someone tells you otherwise, you should question everything they say on the topic. We don't know how many people have natural immunity due to being infected becby CeeZar - Bucky's Pub

Antibodies from a vaccine are not the same as those from an infection. In the case of T cells and B cells created from an infection are not the same as those created from a vaccination. And not all of the vaccinations result in T cells and B cells. All of the above have some similarities and some differences. If you don't know how important T cells and B cells are to fighting off viral infectionsby CeeZar - Bucky's Pub
The J&J vaccine is only ~72% effective at preventing someone coming down with Covid (although ~86% effective at preventing a serious case). The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are better. But you can still get it, just much less likely to actually get very sick. And consider how sensitive the PCR test is, he could easily have been vaccinated and still have a mild or asymptomatic case that reby CeeZar - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteznIt's not being vaccinated that counts, it has to be the right percentage of the population that is vaccinated. Or it's all for nothing. To be more accurate its more like Number vaccinated * vaccination effective rate + Number with natural immunity + Number with immunity due to previous infection and how long that will last We only really have a decent handle on the first and weby CeeZar - Bucky's Pub
I don't agree with everything you said but do agree with the general sentiment. It will be interesting to see the responses :), if any. I was in the Bahamas a couple of weeks ago. The Bahamas required a "Heath Visa" to clear customs which was a questionnaire plus proof of a negative PCR test taken within 5 days of arrival. We also needed a negative rapid test within 5 days of leaby CeeZar - Bucky's Pub
When the Rams lost Cooks, they lost the ability to threaten deep. McVay wants the defense to have to account for someone who can take the top off. Adding Jackson gives him that dimension again. But due to his recent history Jackson cannot be relied upon to play the full schedule. IMHO, that was the primary reason for drafting Tutu. If/when Jackson misses time McVay will still be able to attack thby CeeZar - RamsFootballFans.com
I have a hard time second guessing the coaching staff that works with these guys all year. So if they think he can play OC then they get the benefit of the doubt. Having said that, I'd like to know who is going to step in if he sucks. Is it Allen? really? Cuz they had a shot at Creed, they had a shot at Quinn, both of these guys could have competed for OC in 2021 and/or provided a backup planby CeeZar - RamsFootballFans.com

To my way of thinking , the biggest hole in the roster is OC. Do the Rams need an edge? Sure, but they had the #1 defense last year and even if not as good in 2021, it will likely be good enough to win with a dropoff in edge play. If Meinerz is there for the Rams in the 2nd, don't dick around and trade down a few spots and hope he is still there. Just pick him. They obviously like him and it wby CeeZar - RamsFootballFans.com

With a top-heavy roster, the Rams need all the young, cheap players they can get to see who ends up making the jump to the pros. Maybe they make a small trade up if they target a player. But I would bet that they trade down, if anything.by CeeZar - RamsFootballFans.com
The number 1 way to mess up a relationship with your coaches and teammates is to fail to put in the work. This also explains why his play stagnated these last two years. This does not surprise me one bit. Gigantic contracts do that to some players.by CeeZar - RamsFootballFans.com

I don't think Goff is seen around the league as a horrible QB. He certainly would be an upgrade for quite a few teams. But he is not anywhere near worth his contract. As many as 10-11 teams inquired with the Lions about Stafford. How many called the Rams about trading for Goff? We'll probably never know, but I would guess zero.by CeeZar - RamsFootballFans.com
Goff and Stafford both to a good job keeping their eyes downfield under pressure. Stafford seems to feel the pressure better and start to move in the pocket sooner than Goff. I thinks Stafford also sees and processes better and faster than Goff as well. When they do move, Stafford does a better job reestablishing a throwing position. Even when not getting back to a solid throwing position, Staby CeeZar - RamsFootballFans.com
in no particular order... In AD and Ramsey the Rams have the best two players in the league playing the two most important positions on defense. There is a limited window that this will be true. To win a championship an upgrade at QB was required. There were very limited options on how to upgrade during this window. If not Stafford, then who? As much as I like Watson, look at his contract.by CeeZar - RamsFootballFans.com
Rams are $20M over the cap already for 2021 and trading Goff after June 1 would be a $50M in dead cap - $65M if traded before June 1. The Rams will have some flexibility in 2022, but 2021 is going to be tight.by CeeZar - RamsFootballFans.com
Best sci-fi universe since the reboot of Battlestar Galactica. Maybe better. Great show!by CeeZar - Bucky's Pub
The trailer looks OK, not great. I'll still probably go see it in theaters if that's an option. But I can already tell that I don't think they cast Muad'Dib very well. That was the biggest problem with the 1984 version. Kyle MacLachlan just didn't have the chops to be that character. Not sure this kid does either.by CeeZar - Bucky's Pub
The Foundation series is perhaps the best sci fi ever written. I'm surprised that it hasn't been put on film, er digits, until now. But I'm not getting my hopes up. Why? Because I got my hopes up for Dune in 1984 and it sucked. Because I got my hopes up for Starship Troopers in 1997 and it sucked. Because I got my hopes up for Hitchhikers Guide in 2005 and it sucked.
