Ugh. I'm not getting my hopes up.

The Foundation series is perhaps the best sci fi ever written. I'm surprised that it hasn't been put on film, er digits, until now. But I'm not getting my hopes up.
Why?
Because I got my hopes up for Dune in 1984 and it sucked.
Because I got my hopes up for Starship Troopers in 1997 and it sucked.
Because I got my hopes up for Hitchhikers Guide in 2005 and it sucked.
I also don't have my hopes up for the upcoming Dune and Hitchhikers remakes.
Oh yeah, I'm going to watch all of this stuff the minute it all comes out
