QuoteRockRam He's probably best characterized as "competent". His last few gigs, however, haven't turned out very well. Most recently as Indy's QB coach, as the Georgia OC in the year Richt was fired, and as the Ram's OC (no description necessary), he doesn't have much in the way of accomplishments to write home about. QuoteRams_81 I be interested in seeing a study on how NFL players taking recreational drugs impacts performance and what are the signs of players that take them. The short-term effects of weed include: High, euphoria Relaxed state, sleepiness Dry mouth Increased appetite Short-term memory loss Impaired judgment Affects verbal skills Distorts perception Slowed coordination hmmm whby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRockRam The run was a constant problem for the Rams' D this year and as Atlanta showed us, it will really show up in the playoffs. So as I contemplate (and waffle!) about the Rams' off season priorities, more and more I think that most attention needs to be paid to the Defense: the run D in particular. From my armchair, I think it starts in the middle, and that means at NT. After thaby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteBlue and Gold Cox is a fine player, but as you can see Cox had 1.5 run stuffs this year... Donlad, on off year has 6.5. Donald was usually good for more than 10 stuffs In fewer seasons Donald has more sacks, more stuffs, more forced fumbles. Again, Cox a good player, but he is no super star Nice post B+G and I have to agree! I just hope we can sign AD and keep him happy and a Ram fby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotebigjimram21 The eagles scored 2 points more than the Rams did. Difference is the Philly defense only allowed 10. So technically if the Rams defense would have done as well as the eagles defense the Rams would have won. They gave up 26. Agreed bjr21!! IMO, The Eagles D outplayed ours. No 3/4 of a quarter drives given up by the Eagles D. Instead, the Eagles O had a nice long time cby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
Who is the best interior DL? Most likely #1 + #2 for sure. AD seems to be more of a "pass rusher" where as Fletcher Cox seems to play the run more. Both are disruptive and play makers. Who is better?? Who would you rather have?by Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
Does it look like the Eagles #93 (Jernigan) lines up offsides on most every play?? The only called it once so far. (Just as I typed this post lol) The Refs are horrible!!by Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteJamesJM Where are the lederhosen?? :beercanby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
Agreed. lol The refs are sure trying to help the Eagles early in this one! First PI seemed legit but that second one, not so much IMO.by Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteramBRO I agree. Though I knew that Brockers going down was gonna hurt vs ATL, I didn't think that they'd be THAT effective. Their TOP really took us out of our game plan. Yeah, losing Brockers really hurt but I think it was more than that. We seem to "play the pass" or "rush the QB" on every play. Might need to dial it back a bit and be more selective when we decide toby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
PFT Seahawks hiring Brian Schottenheimer as offensive coordinator Posted by Darin Gantt on January 13, 2018, 4:04 PM EST Getty Images The Seahawks didn’t waste much time replacing offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Seahawks are expected to hire Brian Schottenheimer as their next play-caller. Schottenheimer spent the last two years as quaby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
IMO, one of the biggest things on D that we need to correct is to stop the run game. Atlanta ran it on us 39 times!!! Even the announcers mentioned that Wade had to start to bring down an extra player into the box to stop it. It was an issue for us all year and if it doesn't change, I am not sure we can go much further than we did this year. You can bet your @ss that the "book is out&quoby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
Quoteferragamo79 I can't believe they made something after him when he wasn't even on an active roster. By the way, My GF got me the Todd Gurley. Wait....Is Todd Gurley white now or did he do the Michael Jackson "bleach" thing lol.by Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
Good enough to get his own figure lol. Only $10 on Ebay. :)by Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 I don’t see the Foles led Eagles beating the Falcons, max. I do agree with your other 3 predictions. I kind of agree 43. IMO, it will depend on if Philly can run the ball on Atlanta. Something we weren't really successful at other than a few long runs by TG. If Philly cannot run the ball, there is no way they will be able to pass against that Atlanta secondary.by Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRFIP QuoteSpeed_Kills David Johnson and add a QB (not Kennum) but Smith or Cousins and they are right back in it with that defense ...he brings...well, you know (those who are not allowed mentioned on this board) with him to be his QB! :peace Well, looks like you just mentioned him anyway didn't you?? lolby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteLMU93 The Rams had all five starters start every game this season (not including the season finale where 3 of 5 were kept out). Pretty sure they were the only team in the league to achieve that. And not only that but their starters played 4,585 of 4,776 total OL snaps in those 15 games- 96.0%. Blythe played 132 snaps off the bench and Williams 59. To me the message is celebrate that butby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRockRam This idea that the Rams should keep guys that "helped them get to 11-5" is nice and sentimental; but it doesn't necessarily get you to the Superbowl. I'm all for letting some of these guys go in exchange for guys that better fit McVay's and Wade's schemes. For instance: is TruJ a true press-man CB? He's not considered to be. And Wade typically wants press-man CBs. That dby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 Someone should be taking a good hard look at Schneider, while they’re at it. Once considered a golden boy, his picks and FA decisions these last few years have been underwhelming. Coaching alone can do just so much. Noooo!! They NEED to keep him around. I think he doing just fine! :thumbsupby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteRockRam I don't think he's an HC type. But then again, nobody thought Arians or Zimmer were HC types so they didn't get the chance until later in their careers. And that seems to have worked out pretty well. Even so, to me, Shurmur would be an awfully plain vanilla choice. I think one of the issues would be who he could get to come on board and be assistants. Wasn't he the Browns HCby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
Quoteferragamo79 if they cut true and draft a rookie, will he be ready? Webster may be out for half the season....who is other starter? Agreed 79. I have a feeling based on McVay's comments that will try and get TruJo signed. I think he will want to stay a Ram too...and we need him. :)by Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotemax I get the impression that people will be shocked if the Niners aren't contending for the SB. The hype is off the charts. This is all good for us. I like our chances beating them and stunning the football world. Agreed Max. In fact, a lot of those "shocked" people will be right here on this board. lolby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteRFIP The converse to this is, "Goff has played 23 games, Jimmy G 6..and is undefeated when Goff was 0-7 out the gate...." And of course we have the "JimmyG is still basically a rookie..." thing, right? So unless you want to actually address my issue...we've got nothing to discuss. lol...That issue belongs to someone else and I am very surprised he hasn't posted in this thread...yet. Quote9er8er Hmmm, that last game against the 49ers would have provided a perfect opportunity to do that and work on other things that needed polishing going into the playoffs. But hey, we were rested! Still hung up on the rest thing man? Geez, move on already dude. You are sounding like a broken record. Wasn't this already discussed/debated ad nauseam??
