am the exact opposite of rottentomatoes.com.. everything I like gets extremely low tomatoes.. everything I think sucks gets huge tomatoes... I just always keep in mind that the tomato rankings come from movie critics, not your average joe on the street, and most movie critics are whiny, holier than thou types.. I actually take it as a compliment when my movie thoughts are the exact opposite of roby sstrams - Bucky's Pub
I'm about to walk the Beagles, since its 8pm and finally under 100 degrees.... Not sure they wouldn't tell my wife about my ex's.. They're sneaky like that.. Then again, they probably wouldn't even believe me.... :)by sstrams - Bucky's Pub
in either car, nor at the house.. The Beagles pretty much ignore me, as well.. Wife is in New Mexico right now, so if it weren't for the interweb I'd have zero interaction with anyone, anywhere.. Cripes, I gotta get a life..... 8-)by sstrams - Bucky's Pub
and I'm not recovering, yet, so I guess not a guarantee that I go under the laser.. Insurance can still screw it up and if I have to get another MRI closer to surgery.... well, I guess I'll be drinking a few more beers...by sstrams - Bucky's Pub
Holy crap! What decade am I stuck in? The 80's, of course.... Cars driving themselves, parking themselves, unlocking themselves, running without keys.. I feel like an idiot for having to manually do EVERYTHING with both my cars... If I don't physically do it, it doesn't happen.. I'm just wondering what happens the first time a car is parking itself and runs into another car, and the owner oby sstrams - Bucky's Pub
what is the benefit of that? Seem like it could only cause problems, but I'm so afar behind, technology-wise, I'm probably missing something.. Sorry, but I'll stick with the key-operated only, no power windows, no power locks, carburetors, points, plugs, and standard shift... :sstby sstrams - Bucky's Pub
I mean, is there a benefit to that? I know, yeah, someone can take the keys to open a locked front door or something with the car running, but seriously - I don't even see why you'd want that capability.. Especially with the consequences so bad - like in your two situations.. Heck my cars barely run with the key in them - I wouldn't even know what to do, otherwise... :)by sstrams - Bucky's Pub
..and normally, no, you wouldn't be happy about having surgery.. Except in my case, where I've tried EVERYTHING over 34 years without success of ANY kind and KNEW I needed surgery in 1982 and without surgery, I will be absolutely miserable the rest of my life.. So, I do welcome surgery, at this point.. To be honest with you guys, its gotten so bad over the years I've prayed to die a thousand tby sstrams - Bucky's Pub
and forgive me, because I own a 1980 TR7 and a 2010 Nissan with NOTHING automatic on it - windows, locks, anything.. So, your wife has the car keys, yet you're driving the car? You shut the car off, but can't restart it without the keys? I dunno how these new fangled cars work, so am confused at how your drive the car without the keys, but then can't restart the car.. I'm assuming its all compby sstrams - Bucky's Pub
and you'd better be prepared for it, buddy... Luckily some of us don't have overly large brains, so hopefully the zombies will sense that and go after better prey.... :)by sstrams - RamsFootballFans.com
It's been completely jacked up since 1982.. I KNEW back in 1982 that I needed surgery, but I couldn't convince anyone else of it.. As a result, I tried chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy, massage therapy, 3 invasive, but non surgical (as in under the knife) interventions, a faith healer, countless shots, countless meds, ice packs, heat packs, laser treatments etc... Nothing helped.. ::by sstrams - Bucky's Pub
..its always cool when somebody deserving gets a little somethin' somethin'.. Glad they are all having a good time and good on them for milking it for all its worth.. You, on the other hand, should also be milking it from a "look what I did to these spoiled brats" type perspective.... :)by sstrams - Bucky's Pub
and I'm sure they're all bragging about it today.... :)by sstrams - Bucky's Pub

Couple of years ago we had over 100 days of temps over 100 degrees.. Most of this week has been over 100.. In August we should be hitting the 110 and 115 temps daily... (gag)... ::oby sstrams - Bucky's Pub

if you can get that thing going about 25 and cut the wheel sharply, you might be able to eject most of the 13 people on-board, then open it wide open and dump the tuber... If you do it correctly, you'll be the only guy on-board! Ah, the pirate life for Jimmy... :)by sstrams - Bucky's Pub
Totally respect who you are and what you do, my friend.. I've always said my favorite quote was Gandhi's "you can judge a society by how it treats its animals".. That's all I ever needed to know about you to know you were awesome.. being a Ram fan just put the cherry on top... :bowby sstrams - RamsFootballFans.com
..and if you stick to it, you'll be golden: Pick the kid you like the least and let him/her be the first to ride the tube.... start out slowly.. slowly speed up.. keep speeding up until you're redlining the boat.. Then cut the wheel as hard as you can, causing tube rider to cartwheel across the lake at about 60 mph.. Make sure all the other kids see it... Couple of years ago I ordered a $125 guitar part.. USPS tracking showed it as "delivered", but it wasn't anywhere on my property.. Called USPS.. they had my carrier come visit me.. He claimed he couldn't remember if he delivered anything to me.. USPS turned it over to their package finder girl, who had a high rate of success finding lost packages.. She gave up after a few days.. Nevby sstrams - RamsFootballFans.com
Thursday for Red River New Mexico for a week, so I imagine the neighbors are gonna get a treat that week.. Or get really upset, I dunno.... But I do plan to rattle the house a bit and explore the boundaries of blown eardrums... :sstby sstrams - Bucky's Pub
As I've said many times, I built my surround sound system strictly for power, so when we watch something like Twister, or Perfect Storm, the walls are shaking and wall art needs to be re-attached or re-leveled.. I guess the best compliment I've gotten in recent years was from a neighbor, about 7 houses down the block, who told me when we watch movies, they know exactly which movie we're watching.by sstrams - Bucky's Pub
definitely more economical to watch it at home, easier, more features.. etc.. and we're not necessarily the type that need to see a movie when it first comes out, either.. but.. we live in a small town with very little else to do, other than go out to eat and go see a movie.. ..and.. there are some movies I WANT to see in a theater, just because its kinda cool seeing it on a huge screen etc..by sstrams - Bucky's Pub
I turned around, while everyone was discussing their opinions of what was going on, and saw at least 15 people texting.. Now, we've gone to 5 movies in the last month, or so, and noticed a difference in the public service announcements, before the movie, regarding the use of your cell phones during the movie.. Used to be they flat out said you'd you'd be removed from the theater.. Well, NOW,by sstrams - Bucky's Pub
with other type of movies.. Secret life of Pets was crowded and people didn't act like idiots, for example.. Same with Independence Day.. But, in neither of those movies did anyone scream after being startled.. My guess is that after people scream publicly, they feel entitled to talk through the rest of the movie - and I'm talking about almost everyone in the theater.. in a packed theater.. Fairly creepy scenes at times.. I think they could have made it MUCH more creepy, tho.. I did come to a decision after the first scary scene: I will NEVER got to another horror movie with a crowd again - I will wait until the movie is about to leave the theater and see it with as few people as possible... Why? Because nowadays, for some reason, as soon as the horror moviby sstrams - Bucky's Pub
it was Kevin Hart, for some reason, during the movie tho.. I knew his voice sounded familiar, but had to see the credits to see who it was.. I think my reaction was, "no kidding!" when I saw hi same haha.. Anyways, he did a great job with that, for sure!by sstrams - Bucky's Pub
