I cancelled our land line telephone a very long time ago, years. BUT... it wasn't because I preferred Cell phones - our land line system was ancient... seriously... like late 60's was the last time it was updated? My home town has only around 800 people so we aren't a priority for telephone companies.
It wasn't just that we didn't have the new features like call waiting, etc.... which we didn't, but our phones were down more often than they were up.
So we are now all Cell... and the result? Like I said, maybe 1,000 people here counting town and country.... we aren't a priority.... if I'm not in my home using Wifi Calling my cell phone is no better than the land line was. - JamesJM
