No internet, no Wi-Fi, no U-verse

I'm using cellular at the moment. AT&T Service has been spotty to none all evening. We couldn't watch much of the Thursday night football game on Amazon Prime because our tv connectivity has been in the toilet all night. We couldn't really do much of anything. I finally used my landline (thank god I decided a long time ago not to get rid of it) and I called AT&T. They said there's an outage in the area and it should be fixed in 24 hours!!! That's the best ETA they could give me. There's not a darned thing we can do but wait it out. It is bitter cold outside and I wonder if something in a junction box froze and broke.we are lost without our tv. I feel sorry for the tech if he has to be outside to fix the problem. It's miserable outside and miserable with no digital connectivity.
