For me, not really. The cost can't be justified when the same thing can be done much cheaper with robotic missions. Sticking another flag in the moon surface is going to be "cool" but its not going to do much in the way of scientific discovery. Meanwhile we have at least three moons in our solar system that may have underground oceans. I think the Europa Clipper is scheduled to launch in 2024 but wont arrive until 2030. Bottom line those oceans won't be explored in my lifetime but hey, at least we'll have some more moon rocks.

As a side note NASA is having a lot of problems developing the new space suit which is going to delay our return to the moon.
