Sounds like sound advice. I also wanna ask about Medications. JUST thought about that last night.

I went from ZERO Prescription meds to FOUR, in a matter of 2-3 months, almost 2 years ago. I'm now at five! I take Amlodipine, Metaprolo, Pantoprazol, Rosuvastatin and Tamsulosin. I can help but wonder if any of those or a combination might be an issue. Another question I will ask.
