I had a similar situation..

about 25 yars ago when I worked in a factory.. It was pretty physicals work in a hot environment, so it was important to stay hydrated.. at least until I got a UTI.. I got to where I refused to drink any water cuz I didn't wanna pee.. So, was reeling from dehydration and STILL needed to pee every ten minutes and three drops came out that felt like pure fire..
