not long back I spent a few months going thru old classics I had never seen and finally watching them. Sadly some are impossible to find these days, many actually. When I did this I was shocked to realize how many I had not seen.... despite being a huge old classic movie fan.

They are hard to find.. the truly 'old' classics... even if available because these days all the major services consider any movie 10 years old an 'old classic'.

Sorry to bring this next up in this thread but one of the most 'fun' old classic binges I went on came from a suggestion by a poster no longer here... who got me into the old "Thin Man" series.. Note that I'm not recommending the Thin Man series by saying this. In truth I don't think many would like them BUT...they ARE old Hollywood, made simply to provide entertainment. Elegant to the extreme costumes, movie sets, so IF you appreciate those things then yeah. .. you may like them. - JamesJM
