ain't much of a tour... two gigs... but that could be it. I say could be because our lead guitar player moving to texas got put on hold. His house won't be ready until March or April of next year. So we 'could' pick up another gig, or two.. but I doubt it.

So our first farewell tour gig is Sat., or maybe it's Sunday... I never know until the day of the gig. AND... were practicing, once a week for 3 weeks. 2 down and 1 to go. There is a melancholy air hanging over us all as we practice our set lists. When this band ends it will be, as I've mentioned before, the first time I won't be in a band since 1964.

For these last two gigs we're going to bring back a few songs we haven't played in a long time, years. Reason: Homage... a few band members passed on over that time period and we're going to play their personal favorites in memory of them.
