I think you mean hire an installer? Or did you mean call customer service. We eventually DID call customers service.

As for installation.. surely you jest? A garage door opener? I've installed transmissions, John Deere hydrostatic drives. I've rewired houses and plumbed buildings. I built a small home. Get an installer for a garage door opener? Might as well hire a person to put on my socks.

Ok, that was over the top. But it was a garage door opener... and it was NOT the mounting or hookups that were the problem.. it was the programming of the unit. - JamesJM
